That 3 second violation was because Durant touched ball and decided to go Black hole mode instead of passing out the first second it was obvious he had nothing.

Even with the switching they are still moving without the ball and moving the ball very well when 1-4 touches it. At some point, hopefully soon, someone who is a leader in that locker room will have to have an airing out about this style of play.
