More evidence that China was messing with these kind of strands in lab settings. I still firmly believe this was lab made, or at least altered.

anyone who claims it was natural is a liar. We really don't know for sure either way. Natural mutation is possible but unlikely. The preponderance of evidence would suggest it was bio-engineered perhaps for research purposes. However, if the rumor is true that it contains HIV or herpes elements than it is 99% man made.
I'd almost prefer man made because if it was natural, this may likely happen again in 10 years.
Why are you making stuff like this up? First of all, this already happens every 10 years!
Secondly, the genome has been sequenced and studied and “man made” has been ruled out.

That's horrible. Really hope she fights through and makes it.
But this isn't the norm for this virus, outlier here.

Are you implying science isn't capable of altering DNA, and that sequencing would determine whether or not it's completely unaltered ? If so you are wrong my friend. The Indian scientists from an elite institute published that peer reviewed journal to the contrary. They were quickly shut down, vanished and deleted the works. They concluded that the strand seemed to have unnaturally occuring HIV "binding sites" or "inserts".Fairview4Life wrote:ItsDanger wrote:ClipsFanSince98 wrote:https://www.nature.com/articles/nature12711?fbclid=IwAR13dLP-B4mOYlfWlwkl9Ciys5jaHmUeenjgQjjkbp0cwPVWuSOBrHYk9SA

It's not a conspiracy theory, it's merely a theory. One that higher ups have done everything to suppress. Plenty of circumstantial evidence for it including Israeli intelligence reports.LKN wrote:Fairview4Life wrote:ItsDanger wrote:

Yeah, they’re wrong, which is probably why their incorrect nonsense about hiv binding sites or insert was quickly taken down.

No, they took it down because they were censored. The report simply found binding sites. Nothing to be right or wrong about. Not sure you understand what science is at this point TBH. Many theories that are constantly updated as new information comes in. The science on the origins of this is far from settled. We still don't have anything close to patient zero, and multiple very early cases couldn't be linked to the wet markets.Fairview4Life wrote:ClipsFanSince98 wrote:Are you implying science isn't capable of altering DNA, and that sequencing would determine whether or not it's completely unaltered ? Read your article, it uses 'proximal'. The biologist we contacted in January plugged it in the same database they did probably, essentially 90% bat coronavirus. He did state that a lab could mimic the natural combination to get to SAR CoV 2. Difficult to prove. I've reviewed several opinions and I maintain its inconclusive at this point. Not going to get into the detail here, believe what you want. There's a reason the US lab shut this research down in 2015.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

They made very educated guesses on how it could have jumped from animals to humans, but couldn’t definitively say which of the two paths it took. Either jumping first and then sightly evolving the cracking mechanism while in humans, or more likely jumping in its current form. That’s were the educated speculation comes in. The virus itself has a “backbone” that looks very much like known existing viruses in bats and pangolins.
We have seen these types of viruses before and will see them again. All without any human intervention. Virologists and epidemiologists have been warning about this type of pandemic for decades and we have started getting them every decade.

Google literally deleted all of the articles with information related, and of course when you search has a **** load of articles "debunking" or labeling why it's a conspiracy. If you hold ultimate truths, facts and silence... There is no need to censor opposing views or reports. Yet they did it. If anything that makes me give it more validity.

FFS - Trump really needs to stop going off the rails at these press conferences.
The thing is - it would be better for the country AND his own political fortunes if he let Pence run them. Pence knows when to shut up and when to defer to experts.
The contrast with Cuomo is so stark.

I don't know who to believe. But this sounds more plausible out of the two scenarios.
Were they silenced in a way that other scientists can't take their idea and test it to see if they were right? It seems scientists somewhere should be able to reproduce their results or explain why they were right to the rest of the scientific world.
In other words, if what they said in their science was true, do you think other scientists throughout the world would keep it a secret? Or some others would say "no, they were right!"?
Do you think it's likely that only a handful of people in the world understand these few scientists' genius? And everyone in that handful want these guys silenced? I guess that's a very very small possibility. Less likely though I'd think.

An educated guess is another way of saying we don't know ****. It's literally speculation from intelligent people in essence. It has no more validity or basis in science than the mounds of circumstantial evidence surrounding the idea that this was altered in a laboratory.Fairview4Life wrote:ClipsFanSince98 wrote:They listed examples of how it COULD have occured.
