The nba’s production is so bad. The nets got this pick a few days ago but Powell is still hearing his name announced with the hawks. He's gonna spend the rest of the night in a hawks hat cuz of some league paperwork nonsenses. Just makes the whole night way more hard to follow.

Or maybe someone like Dieng develops? Although I say that and he's been in the league for three seasons.

an OKC fan was saying Dieng isn't going to develop. I'm just playing arm chair GM tryna build an ideal team but I think like this kid Riley would've been ideal for that OKC SF spot. Let's see who else is left.

Jazz drafted Riley but Washington traded for him...? Any idea what the details are?

Yeah details aren't finalized. They're like swapping Clayton and Riley. The plus will be settled later I think.

Walter Clayton Jr going to Utah, Will Riley going to Washington.

Interesting. Utah could use a PG so that makes sense.

Was it straight up? Nothing else?

No. You're drafting him because you believe his offensive skills can be unlocked. Great size with a shot. He's a good ballhandler and secondary playmaker. However, he's not going to be any kind of stopper at any position.

Kon a slightly better Sam Hauser? Or am I missing something…

My thinking also. Why would you settle for that at #4?

Newell is a terrific value pick here for Hawks.

I’m trying to remember if it’s always been 5-6 hours to do the draft

ABC/ESPN maximizing that ad time. Disney has bills to pay.

It used to be faster. 5-6 min or so in the 1st round. then 2-3 min per pick in the 2nd. Which is why ESPN was in commercial when Jokic got picked.

Love the guy yelling out, "We know this!" every time Silver announces a trade.

Nets have had an odd draft so far. Demim, Traore, and Drake Powell. I think Demin was a reach and I like Traore, but most people say he'll take a few years to develop.

Great draft for Atlanta. Georgia kid staying in Georgia. Fell in love with this kid a year ago. He can play with Okongwu, KP or Jalen Johnson in the frontcourt.
