Suns whooped *** tonight, they made some good adjustments. Game 3 will be different and hopefully a more competitive game. Different crowd, and Portland will make their adjustments.

Slight means small chance. We'll see though. By game 6, Lopez would probably be back too.

No wait we are talking about the Blazers they are really the favorites and their defense was going to force us into more 30% shooting nights on wide open jumpers.

Portland gets the bill today, if we didn't shoot so horribly in game 1 we'd easily have won that game. We almost won it despite shooting 10% under our percentages with wide open looks.

Isn't it easy to make excuses as to why your team lost? News flash... teams tend to win when they shoot 10% better in a game. I know you keep spouting that the only reason the Suns lost was because they shot so poorly in Game 1. Do you really believe the Blazers had nothing to do with that? They did exactly what they needed to do and stole 1 of the 2 games in Phoenix. Give them some credit for disrupting Phoenix's gameplan, slowing down the tempo and frustrating Amare inside. And then all talk about Blazer fans on the Phoenix board? I've been posting on the board for the past few days because some Phoenix fans have come to the Portland board to post in the Smack Talk thread and it's been a fun little rant back and forth, very playful and nothing over the top or anything. I haven't seen hardly any bad posts on the Phoenix board by Portland fans so you two just need to relax.

Portland won Game 1 and Phoenix won Game 2. I think most Portland fans predicted a loss tonight while Phoenix fans EXPECTED 2 wins in Phoenix. I'm seeing Portland fans being very respectful towards the Suns and actually congratulating them on their win tonight and NOT making excuses why they lost. I think Portland CAN win 3 games at home, but right now, I'm only thinking about Game 3 and I hope to see a better effort from the team than we saw tonight. If not, this series could be over rather quickly.

Congratulations Suns, you came to play tonight and the Blazers didn't.

Game 3 will be no different. If Miller can't penetrate, the Portland offense is just stagnant.

A typical REALGM, "One phrase to solve it all" solution.

Yeah, after game 2 the Blazers are in big trouble the rest of the series. If you stop Miller's penetration then Blazers don't stand a chance. Portland might of won game 1 but they got destroyed by 29 points in game 2 and it will be difficult for a young, inexperienced playoff team like the blazers to have any sort of chance to win this series.

For real. I'd much rather be cautiously optimistic.

No way we win both up in Portland. Blazers will be playing with heart.

I think the Suns will come down from their stratospheric shooting %s and Portland will adjust effectively for the next game. If both teams execute, each game will be hard fought and down to the wire.

I expect the Suns to take one in Portland and for this to effectively become a best of three series...
