Isn’t that usually like a 1-2 month recovery at least?

I’ve been saying the bucks have been the most overrated team in the league with how many people have penciled them as the favorites in the east. They have not looked that good this season. Celtics, Heat, Nets, and Sixers would take them out in a series.

How are the defending champs overrated?

First playoff game in Chicago since Derrick Rose? Wow gonna be scenes in Chicago man.

Actually first playoff game in Chicago since Butler, Wade, and Rondo 5 years ago. Rose was on the Knicks.

I forgot which show I was watching this morning. Someone said “almost every postseason there’s a big injury that derails a contender”. I definitely agreed with that.

This is it for this year. Middleton is basically done and so would Milwaukee’s championship aspirations

A long series might benefit Milwaukee if he has any chance to return. Depends on severity I guess.

Losing PJ hurts

Pj was their best 1on1 defender against forwards. Giannis is a terrific help defender but Demar was straight up assassinating him one on one. Pj wouldve been matched up with him and Giannis would be able to roam more freely. Giannis has had to be more of an individual defender this season where he isnt as strong as he is a helper/roamer

Demar was making contested shots. Giannis was on his face on most of them without fouling something which is important for Demar. What do you expect PJ to do? To block every single one of them?
In the first game Demar was missing all those contested shots. The Bulls made 3 field goals in 20-21 attempts on him that game.
In the 4th quarter tonight Demar missed 5-6 in a row(Giannis and Jrue blocked him 3-4 times) something which helped us come back.
You will live with him shooting those and guarding properly the others.
You won't live if Jrue keep missing open lay ups or if our 40% 3ps shooters like Pat C and Allen keep missing open 3s.

Middleton is not that important a player. If we lose the series it’s because three rotation players being out is a lot to overcome.

Nah if we're playing like that it doesn't matter, we're not getting very far anyway.

Having said that we had crap games all the time last year in the playoffs so lets wait and see if and how they bounce back.

Edit: And now Mids is down. ****.

Jrue and Khris had incredibly long stretches of basketball what with winning in the NBA then quickly going to the Olympics, winning there, then a shorter rest and into this NBA season. Incredible achievements, rare, but there is a toll.

10-8 in bench scoring. Weird seeing such low contributions.
