How is it that a nation with so much talent as France has no competent playmaking guards?

Their defence is also pretty terrible for a team with Wemby and Gobert.

If I'm a cat like Kris Dunn, I'm on the phone right now trying to get French citizenship and a signing bonus to play for France. They need any guard help they can get.

Wagner's right at that age, early 20s, where he could blossom into a legit great player if he keeps improving. Skilled, versatile, 6-10 ... if he can fix his shot he's going to be major trouble.
