HQ is calling in right now. Watch for quick fouls starting 2nd half.

In real time I thought it was flagrant on Butler but on the replay it didn't look that bad.

Steve Kerr has Jimmy Butler and Steph Curry and put them off-ball to let Podziemski pound the rock and take the absolute most mindless shots.

Agreed, though imo under the circumstances it would have been called a lot of the time. But yeah, not a bad call.

lol at this deluded take. Brooks just successfully shat all over the game to his team's benefit and we get posts like this in the midst of it. He obviously wasn't responsible for all of that nonsense but he was the one who started it and he kept at it too.

It's damn near midnight and we not even at halftime. NBA should be ashamed of this nonsense tonight.

Think that’s the Rockets game plan, muck it up, goon it out, really slow the game down, can’t keep up with Warriors pace and ball movement. But the reviews are talking too long, killing the flow and entertainment.

Yes and again, that’st their best shot at beating this Warriors team. Make sure you beat up Steph rest of the way. Make sure you instigate Draymond even more. Make sure you body up Jimmy and that bad back.

i want the Warriors to win this series, but the Rockets are doing the right thing here. Bordeline dirty, but the correct strategy.

What I sense is happening from a refereeing standpoint is a bad call - made up by several makeup calls of smaller magnitude, and all in the process undermining the understanding and reliability of what the real rules are in the first place.

FVV is the MVP of that first half for the Rockets. He settled them down. Now can Jalen Green join the party and stop turning over the ball? Not sure.

Rockets switching everything and without Draymond there's nobody out there to set screens for split cuts.

It's actually amazing how mid to bad the Warriors are without those screens.

Pretty much why I suspect that will be the most consecutive physical stretch of the game, however a real fight might pop off from all that build up that already happened

Refs thought they could let the game get to halftime first and hope cooler heads prevail afterwards so they dont have to eject anyone or give out more techs

On one side I like the get in your face ****, but its clear they lost control at the end especially once Dillion and Jimmy started just pushing players on the ground blatantly

They've called softer in this series as flagrant fouls. This is just another case of the Warriors being protected. There's also no reason for Draymond **** to still be in this game but here we are with another case of protecting golden boy Steph from having to go into a game 5 tied at 2-2 because his team is so mediocre.

The issue with the Butler foul is not that he hit him on the arm, it's that Brooks is going full speed and is in the air defenseless. Should have at least been looked at. But I can give the refs a pass since it is Brooks.
