Dang, that's a huge blow to the Bucks. Hopefully it's some kind of mild strain that he can come back from quickly. That sucks.

Milwaukee may as well be Chicago.
Chicago sports dwarfs that region so I'm not surprised.
this is why HCA sucks. does nothing. i think league should ban away fans from exceeding certain quota.
Doncic will be goat. Lauri will be his sidekick.

Middleton is not that important a player. If we lose the series it’s because three rotation players being out is a lot to overcome.
You are absolutely delusional lol.
In late March without Midds we had back to back convincing wins against these Bulls and the Wizards. We also came back and beat Brooklyn in OT after he was ejected. His defense is average at best and lately his offense has been inconsistent along with his ballhandling.

Wow. What a turn of events.
Middleton being out changes the Bucks chances for sure. I don't really see a title this year, they haven't looked dominant all year and now this. Was hoping they'd turn it on over the next few weeks. We'll.see, they're not out until they're out I guess.

Looking at a pair of regular season wins to say he isn’t that important is a really bad take. He’s a key cog to what the Bucks do and losing him would definitely hurt

Pj was their best 1on1 defender against forwards. Giannis is a terrific help defender but Demar was straight up assassinating him one on one. Pj wouldve been matched up with him and Giannis would be able to roam more freely. Giannis has had to be more of an individual defender this season where he isnt as strong as he is a helper/roamer
Demar was making contested shots. Giannis was on his face on most of them without fouling something which is important for Demar. What do you expect PJ to do? To block every single one of them?
In the first game Demar was missing all those contested shots. The Bulls made 3 field goals in 20-21 attempts on him that game.
In the 4th quarter tonight Demar missed 5-6 in a row(Giannis and Jrue blocked him 3-4 times) something which helped us come back.
You will live with him shooting those and guarding properly the others.
You won't live if Jrue keep missing open lay ups or if our 40% 3ps shooters like Pat C and Allen keep missing open 3s.
Your boy got **** cooked, torched and eradicated
It will be unlucky when he goes 6-29 in the next game against the same defense shooting the same contested shots.
Watch the highlights. Almost each shot is with a hand on his face. Great defense. Sometimes a player is having a hot night though.
As I said we will live with that.

Watching the highlights and Giannis definitely got away with at least 4 blatant travels
Not sure the Middleton loss is as big as some think, I'd say the Bucks are still favourites in this series at least

In later rounds I agree but against the Bulls losing him is not that big a deal by itself, just in conjunction with two others if Bobby is still out. He did not play well in either game until today’s 3rd quarter, and I feel someone off our bench is due to get hot, it’s not like they have to replace his defense.

I was hoping for a Milwaukee-Phoenix rematch, they both might not make it out the first round now because of injuries, wow

I wouldn’t be so sure of that. These are the types of shots he’s been hitting all season long. If I hadn’t seen him so closely this year, I also would have your take. This is just how he plays.

I mean this is going to be true every game, the league won't let Giannis fail because he's a cheater, the Bulls will have to defeat him despite his cheating.

Giannis leads the league in uncalled offensive fouls and missed travels. How much easier does this guy need it?

Yep Middleton or not, it's still 8 on 5. If saw correctly (admittedly was driving so couldn't pay full attention) I can swear there was a play with a minute or 2 left where Giannis gave an NFL style stiff arm. No call.

The dude has his elbows out in front of him every time he drives. That’s all he does. Offensive foul every mf time, it’s hard to watch. Not to mention he travels half the time too
