Is there some change in the seedings if France loses by 35+ points or something like this? Because it almost seem they are trying to lose by this much.

Small chance, but if south sudan beats Serbia, then France could be in the second pot and avoid Canada, but France are losing so bad that they are mathematically in the 3rd pot
