Don't know if they don't have the same hunger they had last year, or if the gap between us is just smaller than I thought it was, but this isn't what I was expecting from a team I was supposed to fear. A friendlier whistle (especially for Karl) and we'd have gone into halftime with a narrow lead without playing any better than we did...and we can still play so much better.
Hopefully we can snag this one too and really put their feet to the fire at the mecca

Our roster just matches up too well for the Celtics to be this much dumber than us. A team can overcome a BBIQ deficit with pure talent or sufficient roster mismatches...like I expect the Wolves to take care of the Warriors even if Steph makes a miracle recovery, just because they are so much bigger, more talented, & more athletic. But with the way Thibs has unleashed our wings, Towns has figured out how to deal with teams sticking a big wing on him and having their C help, and Brunson, the rosters match up too well for Boston to get away with that. Even with their massive chemistry advantage.

Brunson: So what are you paid to do?
Hart: Run around like an idiot during the game and f*** s*** up!
