Has anyone told OP there's a Lakers board yet, or do we wait for him to find it?

Lonzo looks promising. He made some great passes, finished plays when he had the opportunity and held his own defensively and on the boards. Lakers fans have a lot to look forward to.

Kuzma has been a pleasant surprise. He played well today.

Might want to cool it with the anti-Tatum stuff. It's not going to work out well for you in the long run.

He's a late round sleeper. Tatum was having trouble guarding him. Was skeptical at first but I think the Lakers got a very good player.

Uggghhh...can you imagine this version of Ball with Ingram...wow. Can't wait to destroy the Celtics in the regular season. I got Giannis in my Ingram poster, I'm looking to add Tatum and Haywood to be in my ingram poster collection next.

Also....Kuzma had 31 points and outplayed Tatum with ease. I feel Kuzma is the better prospect than Tatum from this game. And obviously Ball is on another level from Tatum, probably the shoe in for ROY now.

Idk if you're trolling or maybe you're just legit dumb.

I saw two rooks outclass tatum on the court tonight. I think you are blind or in denial if you think a triple double isn't better than what Tatum showed. The impact that Ball will have on a team with these numbers far outweighs what Tatum can do in an isolation situation once the regular season starts.

Kuzma has shown the range tonight. Tatum has not. You need to shoot threes in this league. Tatum won't be looking as good come the regular season. He won't get to drive like he has been in SL. Just a fact.

List of things OP has said the past 10 days:

- Lonzo Ball could be a generational talent
- Kuzma is "a very special" prospect
- Lonzo Ball will have similar impact to rookie Lebron
- Brandon Ingram will put up Paul George numbers next season
- Kuzma is now a better prospect than Tatum after one game

Not to mention, has an avatar of Durant and Ingram with Ingram being 1A. while Durant being the 1B.

So can the GB and Lakers come to an agreement in which OP is banished to the Current Affairs board?

OTB supports this decision.

I'll Apologize for OP from all Lakers fans.

Anyways, he looked great out there. But come on, can't you make this post without dropping some shade on Tatum.
Hopefully Kuzma's shot stays consistent, really glad with this pick.

He goes out of his way literally 4 times between the title and the first post to talk down Tatum, in a thread about someone else entirely.

I think Tatum will soon realize that iso ball won't work for him in the big leagues. He's going to have to expand his range to get anywhere on the court in this league.

I'm not anti Tatum, I've compared Tatum to Kobe...hello. I just saw Kuzma shine over Tatum and he's a 27th pick.

No, he didnt. If he said Tatum was a bum, had a bad game, etc, you would be right.

Kuzma is a sleeper, outplayed Tatum (which he did).

He looks good, but i wouldn't call him generational just yet. Expectations are dangerous, NBA guards are different than summerleague guards.
The 2024 NBA Champions Boston Celtics depth chart:

Guards: Holiday, White, Pritchard
Wings: Tatum, Brown, Hauser
Bigs: Porzingis, Horford, Kornet

No you're blinded by your homerism if you think some 30th pick is better than the #3 pick based on 1 game. Oh you need to shoot the 3 in this league, why is the generational talent in Lonzo Ball shooting about 15% from threes? Tatum has plenty of range, you're literally the worst poster. Of course Kuzman is going to be dropping 30 points nightly in the regular season am I right? Ball couldn't shoot for a lick, his misses looked like high school players, he only scored when he was completely wide open, his defense was trash. Almost everyone has been impressed with Tatum so far in the summer league. I'm gonna enjoy when Lonzo Ball hand delivers the Celtics a top 5 pick with his terrible rookie season that's going to come.
