To their credit Scott Foster tried.

Naw, we don't wanna hear that. His team had a 20-point lead at home and the 3-time MVP is supposed to do whatever it takes to get the dub. He had 32/18/7 but it wasn't enough. He needed to do more.

In that fourth quarter, his teammates weren't hitting anything and the Wolves were throwing multiple guys at him every time he touched the ball, and he had played nearly every minute of the game. At a certain point, it's just unreasonable to want more.

So who has a better chance against the Celtics?

I think the Wolves?
Brown and White will have a tough time with Edwards.
I think Wolves as a team will have less of a tough time guarding Tatum, Brown, Pozingas, and White. Either Gobert or KAT is going to have to sit some, but they did it tonight and still played great with either one of them on the bench,

I think the Mavs match up worse. But I think the Twolves will beat the Mavs.

We'll see...

They double, whats he supposed to do? Even on Minny's run, Denver got a lot of good looks. Not much you can do when shooters cant shoot

Well to repeat it takes a pretty dominant team and the Nuggets were never on the level of the dynasties like the Bulls or Warriors.

They have some weak links in MPJ and Murray which they should probably address but I don't know if they risk team chemistry and try to shake it up? MPJ got so many wide looks from 3 and he bricked a ton of them.

Murray had a lot of unfortunate turnovers although I'm not sure how other point guards would fare with the type of defense the Wolves have been playing.

days of dynasties are over for now. too much parity and talent distribution.

Frankly, the TWolves were the better team all year. KAT got injured and it cost them the no.1 seed, but they were clearly the better team in the West.

I think these playoffs were a sobering reminder to the FO that you can't just lose players in the offseason and not add anyone in return and hope to just repeat what you did just because you have Jokic.

The 'young guns' strategy from Calvin Booth was lazy and never materialized because Braun and Watson weren't good enough to take the next step. They're probably 2-3 years away from being consistent rotation players. Reggie is past his prime. DA is basically taking up a roster spot, and Zeke Nnaji did nothing all year.

Anyways. Go, Celtics.

This.

Team was too starter heavy. When Murray or MPJ or both have stinkers nobody is there to pick it up for them off the bench. Bruce Brown is really missed for this team.

Its one thing to taunt, to provoke. Direspect is a whole other thing.

That all went out the window after Murray’s game 2 behavior….. but I agree that was stupid

I dont think one thing nullifies the other… Both attitudes were disrespectful and have to be disapproved.

I feel like Denver has the best chance to beat Boston but I just couldn’t get myself to cheer for Malone and Murray.
There’s an elation I feel watching these 2 guys fail and be humbled.

Why fight for home court advantage in the regular season? Both home teams lost in their game 7s.

34/19/7...naw, definitely can't put this on Joker

I didn’t say he played bad, but it definitely was no goat type of performance. I’m a guy who defends him a lot, but I expected him to shoot better in a big game 7 at home like this.

He probably would have if he didn't have to play 47 minutes with no help from anyone other than one teammate.

Well except for the Pacers.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….
