No, Ajinca is a complete scrub.

Ed Davis, DeRozan, Amir Johnson are all better prospects than Gibson/Hickson. James Johnson can make a case too.

That's not really a compliment towards those guys though, it's just that Hickson/Gibson are very poor young prospects.

Lol u mean the guy who we dumped to you guys for a second.. lol jj better prospect than hickson, get real son.

No, but he is a better prospect than Gibson.

This stun guy amazes me. If DeRozan was a Bobcat, he'd be the next MJ, and if Scala was on that team, he's the next Dirk.

I see him as an Iguodala type player if hes lucky, his skills speak to defending, midrange and slashing.
Obviously work ethic, experience and sheer smarts can expedite his development, but those are big hypotheticals and rarely do they come to fruition.

Has major weaknesses in range, off-ball and handle but all are easily salvageable IF he can harness some of the previously mentioned mental aspects.

Ultimately, I don't see him becoming a Kobe Bryant/Superstar type player because players that promising show glimpses of what could be. Unfortunately, from the games I've seen from him, which albeit is a small sample size, was underwhelming in the regard.

being grammatically incorrect while typing in a message board, ill take it. but all you can find wrong with my statement was grammar lol. glad to know my statement was left unchallenged.

I just found it funny that you called another person dumb while using one of the most common/idiotic grammatical mistakes possible. Reading your "you're/your" mistake made me giggle so I ignored the point you were trying to get across.

Not entirely true, Kobe sucked his first year and struggled in his 2nd.

He probably beats out James Johnson. He's an awful scorer for a big man, but he rebounds and is pretty young. I'd rather have James Johnson, since we have 2 good young PFs already and Bargnani anyway.

Not really. Kobe just played limited minutes. He put up 15/3/2.5 with a 18.5 in his sophomore year. His rookie year coming out of HS was still pretty damn solid. 8/2/1 in 15mpg with a PER of 14.4

There is no comparison.

Now I may be blind, but I see two periods in there. Copy and paste my post into word and tell me if you get one of those little squiggly lines saying I'm missing any punctuation marks.

So Larry Brown is fired, and Gerald Henderson who played very little and wasn't allowed to shoot in Larry Brown's offense goes from
2.2ppg in 12mpg to
13.0ppg in 26mpg on 46% shooting, 50% TS% and 83% from the line while providing excellent defense.

Its not his fault his stats and PER is down becuase the old man refused to let him play the first two months of the season.

Although that is inaccurate to a degree, I simply argued he showed glimpses of something special. Which unfortunately is based on the eye test, considering footwork and skill level and such things.

"Hendo" (cool nickname) does not have that level of polish, the likes of which even an 18 yr old Kobe possessed.

I'm sorry, Cats fans not trying to be a bummer, just calling it as how I see it.
