The thing is, Chicago isn't going anywhere if they don't entertain deals like this. Noah isn't KG, he looks good because he plays in Chicago, not the other way around. Aldridge would be good anywhere he goes.

how in the world would chicago play in noah exactly?

What I meant was the team is built around LMA, the team is not built around Noah.

I just saw mike mcgraws twitter say Bulls get Asik, LMA - Portland gets Noah, TRob, 2015 first round pick, Rip Hamilton and Houston gets Bulls TPE, 20th pick, and cap space for DH

Interesting concept. I think Houston would have to get a couple more picks, but the bulls are rumored to be talking to both teams, for Robinson, who reports are saying would be flipped into another deal by the bulls, and for Aldridge.

Note that this is just a fan idea, not a report.

Not quite sure why we would trade away Aldridge for Noah......if we trade Aldridge we need to rebuild. Noah will be to old for that one.

Simply not happening without Noah heading the other way...Bulls should do that if they wanted just Noah.

Better question: Why wouldn't we just cut the Bulls out, take TRob and Asik for our 10th pick and cap room? We get more, Houston gets more.

Anyway, this trade wouldn't happen. Houston doesn't need to move Asik AND TRob to free up the cap room for Howard, they can move just TRob, then move Asik, who is very valuable, for a very good piece to put next to D12 and Harden.

Houston is under the cap. They would have to renounce any Tpe. Not sure why Houston is getting rid of Asik to sign Dwight when they can do that by just getting rid of Robinson

Look at his reasoning, and tell me why would he want to go to Cleveland?

Lol!! He calls Portland boring too funny. Trade him to la for pau (big expiring), our 2014 first, and earl Clark, and Jordan hill. If he's bored in Portland doubt he's gonna be ok going somewhere like cle or cha

Nash
Kobe
Anybody but metta
Aldridge
Dwight

I can dream can't I?

Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

Read the full transcript of the interview. Not to mention that this was done before the season was even over, in the midst of a 13 game losing streak.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out given Portland's front office. It always strikes me as funny when a player under contract has such specific demands as if he has some sort of leverage.

I'm tired of these guys. When you're a free agent, take a paycut and go to LA/NY/CHI... a BIG paycut. Otherwise, shut up and play where they pay you as much as you want to be paid.

When he says the city is too boring and too small, what's he talking about? The nightlife?

Wow, the wiretap makes him look terrible. If there was ever a way to turn yourself from a hero into a villain and make yourself hated over night, this sounds like it.

This trade is the best hing to happen to Chicago, without this trade we would have never to D. Rose!
