Meh. Just a celebration thing. Some people have those sort of signature moves they do after a dunk/big shot/etc. Can't really think of many though besides VC's rev up when he dunks. Not sure if the Ray Allen's smirk counts or not.

Ray Allen sort of flicks his wrist while showing two fingers after almost every made 3 (doesn't look like he did it for his biggest shot in Gm 6). He's been doing it for years.
