Lebron causes dysfunction. You need real leadership on top or Bron will run through you.

I'm no LeBron apologist, he absolutely creates drama and dysfunction, but lets not pretend the Lakers were a model franchise of stability before he signed. That team has ALWAYS had chaos and dysfunction, even in their hayday of being amazing they've had problems up and down the franchise from the Buss siblings in-fighting, players feuding with one another, etc.

May be a blessing in disguise for them maybe they can get an actual competent management team in there that will work and not rely on a great smile and them being the lakers as an attraction

You can scratch the Lakers as a free agent destination with this debacle. Now please hire Shaq as President of Ops now.

I know man. Good lord does the dude bring drama everywhere he goes. It’s mind blowing.

Magic quits like a little kid who's not having fun anymore and that's on LeBron?
Please

It's crazy how someone can have evidence right in front of them and still mention someone that has nothing to do with it. Woj hasn't reported anything about Klutch being part of this nobody has. It's embarassing.

Howard Mass wrote:This is a surprise. I switched to NBA TV to hopefully see game action of Memphis at Detroit and I see this. I'm stunned Magic Johnson is stepping down. Maybe he sees a not so good free agency for The Lakers this summer.

Do you play with the idea of trading Lebron if you strike out? The young players are going to be discontent with trade rumors, overrated and injury prone. This will be insane what pitch do you sell as a organization with Lebron and a organization in turmoil
