Regardless the Pelicans have some great young pieces already. Not many teams get to turn things around this fast.

Yeah true I didn’t factor in one of the picks was actually the 4th and not a late first.

I had a feeling this would happen.

It will be interesting to see if one of the other two 1sts is past 2023 along with the pick protection but those other two firsts will be The Lakers' own as they have no 1sts from anyone else. Decent haul for New Orleans but how good all depends on Lonzo Ball's development and Brandon Ingram's recovery.

Jason Hart will be a good contributor and they should get a good player at #4

It also makes it more likely Phoenix will get Darius Garland at #6.

This deal really helps The Lakers out and we will see what they put around LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

If Zo can stay healthy he’s going to be the biggest regret of the Lakers over Randle and D-Lo. We’ll see how culver or Hunter do as well. Ingram I miss but his contract is soon and I wouldn’t want to pay it.

But yeah it’s basically 5 first round picks for AD.
