You don’t make a career sending double teams at Lebron. If you blitz with Rondo’s man that becomes Green Daniels Cook...etc man at the next dead ball. If you blitz off Dwight or McGee they’re catching a lob 2 seconds later. If you scramble you defense and cover those options who’s on Lebron. Is it Dwight’s man. That’s no good. Who’s on AD. Hopefully not Rondo’s man. The point being you have to be very careful handling a Lebron AD p/r.

The point is Lebron is at his scariest when he's surrounded by shooters. Lebron/Bosh/Wade/Mike Miller/Ray Allen and Lebron/Love/Kyrie/JR Smith/Delly are a lot harder to defend than Lebron/AD/Rondo/Dwight/Green.

Scared of the Lakers lol please as long as LeBron is in La no one will fear them because he is a chemistry killer . It’s proven fact that the rest of the team will have to carry him since he is not what he once was . Also if they have any rough stretches we have seen how LeBron handles it not well lol. It must be frustrating for fans of the Lakers who had Kobe one of the greatest players on the planet and then they got primma Donna LeBron lol need I say more .

It'll be LeBron/AD/Green/Kuzma + McGee or Howard OR LeBron/AD/Green/Kuzma + one of KCP/Caruso/Bradley/Cook/Daniels

If you want a LeBron shooters small ball lineup you can do LeBron/Green/Kuzma/KCP/Cook

Lol. Glad someone else caught on to this before me.

With how this thread is going, there's a considerable about of people who (like in the preseasons before 2011-2019) believe that Lebron's team has no excuses and are a contender.

Let see how well this thread ages. Will people stick to their guns come April, or will we start to hear how much of an 'underdog' Lebron is when his fans realize that the Western Conference is NO JOKE.

markjay wrote:(1) two of the top 5 to 7 players in the NBA, including arguably the best playoff player
(2) five other players on their roster with career 3-point percentages of 39% or more (Bradley, Green, Cook, Daniels, and Dudley)
(3) decent defensive players in Caruso, Bradley, Green, Davis, and Howard
(4) other solid contributors or role players like McGee, Kuz, and KCP

If both Davis and LeBron are healthy come playoff time, I would consider them the team to beat in a 7-game series

Please, keep this same energy after the all-star break.

They remind of the 76ers team with Iverson and Webber. Just like that Sixers team they have 2 guys that will score 55-60 pts most nights and be a bad defensive team with no depth.

Howard is a stiff at this point and his poor free throw shooting alone will kill them against good teams.

Losing Cousins hurt them alot.

This thread was real fun to read.

I can't wait for the excuses from Laker haters in June.

Lakers are the only team that can reasonably make the claim for having the 2 best players in the league on the same team. The size, speed, skill and versatility of James and Davis is terrifying. Probably the best duo since Kobe and Shaq.

LeBron is in L.A., not La. Anthony Davis used to be in La, but now he's in L.A., too. With LeBron.
