Hahaha  The only thing missing is for the endless rolling on the floor to catch on too.

It was obvious since early on, when he got a tech, that he was planning on falling down or flopping anytime someone got near him.

It’s the same way I feel when I watch the Sixers play & 7-2 Embiid is on the floor more than the damn ball itself.

The Celtics yesterday were also very egregious— in that they were planning to fall down anytime Lopez or Giannis were near the play.

League needs to stop rewarding this nonsense.

This was the scene you're talking about? Crowder was very polite here, wasn't he?

I love Luka but it's the one thing I hate about his game (well that and his whining). He plays the game like a typical soccer player does. Flopping and whining for calls. I'd love to see this removed from his game but unfortunately I think this is just who he is as a person. And that's not me justifying it because I thoroughly hate this type of sportsmanship.

We should distinguish between "embellishing a contact" that existed and was a foul to actually have it called and "simulating a contact" to cheat a get a not due call.

If i were a Suns fan i would be mad.

You have a soft, no Blood top 1 pick, asking for a max when the top 3 is destroying your hopes of championship

Phoenix depends of Brigde and Ayton . If both dissapear the are screw. Sooner or latter

Not I don’t hate Tatum or Giannis. Luka is annoying because he glares and yells at the refs on literally every trip down the floor. He acts like an entitled douche. And now he’s added flopping to his repertoire. Draymond does it too and I “hate” him even though he isn’t 1/10th the talent Luka is.

No, you're an irrational hater, you just don't like the guy and you make up crap to dump on him.
The game started with a clear flagrant on Crowder who threw Luka to the ground, he was mad and got a tech for it.
All series long, Booker, CP3 and Crowder have been flailing around on the smallest contact, and sometimes even without it, and getting calls, Luka got 5 fouls on game 5, the 5th one Crowder (away from the ball) runs into him flails his arms and Luka gets hit with the 5th, CP3 throws himself on Brunson while he's bringing the ball up the court, flails and gets whistled.
Dwight Powell got a tech on a loose ball foul, it was a loose ball foul on him, but Ayton did the same thing on the previous possession and got the offensive board.
The flopping in game 4 was fully understandable.

This is not accurate. Luka clearly ran into Ayton and play should have been stopped for an offensive foul. Crowders play was physical and tough, but after Luka's contact.

Just because Ayton didn't flail his arms, hit the deck and "pull a Luka" doesn't mean it is not a call. Ayton stood his ground, instead of flopping and was not rewarded for his good defensive play.

You can call me a hater and it’s probably accurate but I’m not irrational. I gave you my reasons. Luka is a huge whiner and it makes him unlikeable. He comes across as an entitled jerk. I also confess I don’t like his style of play which is very ball dominant (don’t like Harden for the same reason but don’t hate him as much because he’s not even close to the same level of whiner). People are allowed to hate and like players for whatever reasons they want and it is almost never irrational.

They are allowed to hate, RGM is filled with Haters of all sorts of players, but a rational person who watches Luka enough to hate him, should also know he isn't a flopper, and what transpired in this series justifies his (and Brunson) behavior, I mean, ignore Luka for a minute, and look at Brunson, the guy is tough as nails and quiet as a church mouse, still, Suns antics drove him to flail at every play.
A rational person, would know that Chris Paul, who threw himself at Brunson from behind in game 3, and act like he got shot, to give the guy his 4th foul, would be under the radar, when he side steps into Brunson's path in game 5 and causes a collision, a rational person would find this call reasonable, and required, irrational person would keep wondering "how do you call this on CP3?"
CP3 pulled crap all series, tripped Brunson, and dared the ref to call him his 5th, and lost his dare.

I didn’t say he was a flopper or that’s why I “hate” him, although the flopping last game didn’t do him any favors. I don’t hate CP3 and he’s a huge flopper. I actually loved Vlade (the OG Flopper) because he was jovial. To me it’s the entitlement that you get with the whining (some call it “competitive spirit” but having spent my formative years in customer service I think people berating others even for messing up says a lot more about them than anyone else). To put it bluntly, Luka seems like a jerk. Kobe seemed like a jerk too (also didn’t like him).

Sure, but the vast majority of calls are embellishing contact. The simulating contact ones are so few and far between.

He grew up watching Chris Paul. The student has surpassed the master.

For someone who doesn't like complaining, you sure do like to complain about Doncic A LOT. I'm also pretty sure when the next game is on, you'll be there to remind us 100x again how you don't like him :D

They should call less calls, and then tech up players who scream about it.

Luka probably wouldn't last a quarter though.

Basically every player in the league has flopped except for Rasheed Wallace.
G - James | Rondo
G - Bradley | Caruso
F - Green | Caldwell-Pope
F - Davis | Kuzma | Morris
C - McGee | Howard
