Ok. Outside of hoops, wrestling , horror movies, walking dead, music (Korn, NiN, Static, X etc) I mostly live under a rock in terms of pop culture knowledge. I had to google Nia Long and wowzers! This isn't about moral standards, this is just another case of good intentions going so far, they become absurd and unjust.
The idea is to prevent abusing employees, in disadvantaged position, looking to put food on the table, by scumbag bosses, who exert their authority to get sexual advances.
This is clearly not the case, another high profile scandal, Intel CEO had to resign because he had an affair with an employee, the fact was discovered long time after the affair ended, he still had to resign, and Intel had to wait a long time until they found replacement.
