Boston are my rivals so I don't want them making the right decisions going forward. But I believe the right decision is to keep the core. Jaylen can be the 2nd best player on a winning team, it's just that Tatum, who I'm absolutely sold on, is not yet able to lead his team to a title. But people forget, Tatum just turned 25 and this league has mostly proven that you can't win as the best player on your team, unless you turn 27-28.

First Ring

KD 28
MJ 28
Shaq 28
Malone 28
I Thomas 28
Lebron 27
Curry 27

The dudes that had to wait longer

Dirk 31
Hakeem 31
Pierce 30
Wilt 30

Obviously there are exceptions, Giannis 26, Wade 24, Kareem 24, Tim Duncan 23

Bird was 24, but he didn't get finals mvp, so let's say he played second fiddle that year. Kyrie 23, was lebron's robin. Kobe 21, second fiddle to Shaq. Majic 20, but Kareem prob should've got finals mvp.
In reference to our title winning year

Brown only if you’re able to package him for an ever better star player, otherwise no.

Definitely fire the coach though, with the plethora of good coaches available right now, Celtics have a very desired roster and city.

not city. AFAIK Boston has bad reputation among players. When was the last time a prime free agent sign there?

Any actual fan of the game knew that AD wasn't going to play for Boston. However, if wanted to at the time, I do agree, Boston would be very dangerous.

This guy gets it!

Plus the young guys that did win, had experience next to them.

Wade had Shaq/Gary Payton/Zo and Pat Riley as head coach.
Duncan had David Robinson, Avery Johnson, Mario Ellie, Steve Kerr and Pop (although it was his first finals)
Magic had Kareem

Celtics have Al Horford which is nice but he doesn’t carry the same experience as those above.
