You have to guess an NBA player that played for each team that shares a box in the grid. You can play previous days too. I literally just discovered this while trying to research a trivia question I was pursuing.

There are a number of these games, they're a lot of fun, and I play them every day - unless there are too many 21st century questions. Apparently, I managed the highest score on today's Crossover Grid:

Hmm, has to be one of the very early (50s) Hawks players. Some guys got in for winning titles despite never making an All-Star Game. But the only guys from that era that come to mind are Bob Pettit, Cliff Hagan and Lenny Wilkens, and all of them certainly have a very high HOF probability (Pettit 100% I would guess). Without looking up the rosters I have no idea.

Nope on all fronts. I checked those 3 players to make sure: Pettit is 100% as you expected, Wilkins 98.8%, and Hagan 58.6%. Wilkins also was the only one of those 3 drafted by the Hawks.

Completely insane to have a 50/40/90 player and a 60/80 player in the same frontcourt.

And yet they lost the Finals that season. The 80s had two amazing superteams.

Of course, we later learned McHale played the 1987 postseason on a broken foot.

My first time hearing that McHale stat as a trivia, in 1987 i was watching Sesame Street lol.. but always heard about the Larry Bird stat over the years.

Yea the definition of center can be pretty loose depending on how you look at it but I'll assume for the sake of keeping the question interesting he includes those PFs like KG/Duncan who also played some minutes at center during games. My guess would be Kirilenko since he led the league in blocks once and pretty much always played as a SF.

Yea it depends on volume. For example, Player A shot a lot at a low percentage in the first half of the season and B took only a few shot at a slightly lower percentage, then in the 2nd half A took only a few shots at a high percentage and B shot a lot at a slightly lower but still high percentage.
