Harden was already in postseason form the last couple of weeks. The Clippers are done in 4, maybe 5 if they are lucky enough to steal one while Kawhi is still hobbled.

If he can go and can be effective this series goes 7 most likely and a slight edge to the Clippers.

I like how the mavericks have played down the stretch.
I don't trust either team in the playoffs and don't trust the clippers to be healthy for a whole series.
I lean Mavericks in 6 but obviously this one can go either way.

Idk if the Clippers being the hottest team in the league for that stretch was the real them or not. They look mediocre now or maybe they're just bored. Harden looks uninterested in winning his first ever NBA Championship. Might have to pick the red hot Dallas Mavericks in 6/7

The Clippers have a lot of serviceable bodies they can throw at Kyrie and Luka. Wtf are the Mavs gonna do to slow down the Clippers on the wing?

There's a slight chance that Kawhi is done for the season like in 2021 Playoffs when the Clippers are intentionally hiding that he tear his ACL vs. Jazz as some kind of "mind games" against the Suns in WCF and only release his actual injury once they're eliminated from the playoffs. I really hope that they are just saving Kawhi for the playoffs so we can have a great part 3 of this rivalry as without him this series is done before it even started. Here is Kawhi's injury update 12 hours ago and it doesn't look promising.

He has dealt with a number of serious knee problems in recent years, including a torn ACL in the 2021 playoffs that kept him out of the entire 2021-22 season and a torn meniscus that cut short his 2023 playoffs. Clippers slight favorites per Vegas lines. Time to bet on Mavs now before those lines shift in favor of Dallas.

It’s honestly a shame. A healthy Kawhi is about the most offensively gifted player in the league with mad defensive prowess. Why can’t someone else be taken from us oh lord. I won’t name any names but like some tenth guy from a minor minor league in Russia works.

PJ/DJJ have legit been awesome defensively. But man to man doesnt matter nearly as much since both teams will be trying to pick on the weakest defender on the floor and put them in constant PnR's

That was 29 yr old Kawhi vs 22 yr old Luka, and it was hard to say who was the better player then. Not it is 32 yr old Kawhi vs 25 Luka.
