LeBron was 1000% the best player in 2016-2018. Kawhi was barely a 20 ppg scorer in 2016, and I just refuse to believe anyone would think James Harden was better than LeBron in the years you selected. KD is at least more reasonable, but not a soul would choose him either if he wasn't piggybacking off a 73 win championship core.

2009-2010 he was the best player too, but at least Wade & Kobe would have reasonable arguments you could make. Just being real, you come across as a hater claiming this dude was only the best player for 5 years lol.

Lmao, just noticed this dude just straight up gave Kobe 2003-2010, that explains it.

It's criminal how underrated the playoffs run of LeBron was in 2017

Not underrating Lebron. That’s just how good Kawhi was. Only player who made the 2017 Warriors look mortal.

It was only one half too....

Disrespecting Kobe, Dirk, Steph, Timmy, KD, Kawhi and Giannis like they didnt clearly dominate LeBron in their head to head match ups is just embarrassingly ignorant. If guy creates superteams and stacks the deck in every possible way for 20+ years, gets the favorable whistle because he is the golden boy and "face" of the league for 20 years and come up with only four rings, two of which carry a huge asterisk, its almost comical to hear he was the best player in the league for all those years. But hey the same guys were probably believing in "not one...not two...not three...not four...not five..."

The irony of a Nuggets fan bringing up the rangz argument when Jokic would frankly be extremely lucky to come close to winning 4, guess we should laugh off Jokic being the BITW the last 5 years since he only has 1 ring, and didn't beat a single 50 win team during this title run, so major asterisk on that one.

And really, all those guys "dominated" LeBron h2h huh lol, guess like Bird & Isiah did Jordan. It's amazing to me how people evaluate basketball like it's tennis.

2003: Duncan
2004: KG
2005: Duncan
2006: Wade(would have picked Kobe, but Wade's playoffs are hard to ignore)
2007: Duncan
2008: Kobe(close with KG though)
2009 to 2018: LeBron(Curry for 2016 if his playoffs were a bit better)
2019: Kawhi
2020: LeBron
2021 to 2025: Jokic

Lebron has faced a ton of great players but no one compares to Curry.
