There's no limits on when a superstar can start closing, but traditionally before the game gets out of hand.
The Celtics have won 78% of their games this season. The way people talk about Tatum and the Celtics is they expect them to win 99% of their games.
There was literally a thread after every game they lost in the regular season. It’s pro sports and the Cavs have good players on their roster, they were always a great chance to win a few games this series.
The narrative around this team in the media and around here is so weird.
Tatum - not a star or mvp candidate
Brown - overpaid, can’t go left
Horford/Jrue - nice but old
White - not an all star
KP - always injured (maybe that’s right)
People talk down on the individuals but then expect the team to be flawless. I’ve never witnessed it and quite frankly don’t understand it.
