I wish all fanbases could be like that. A crowd that knows the players and knows basketball makes a huge difference.
Yes, mid/small markets are like this. Wild crowd in lower levels. They can get seats at good prices lol
Spurs, Bucks, Cavs, Pistons , Nuggets, etc fans were loud in the NBA Finals at home.
Are tickets cheaper I'm small markets? I would imagine they are. I know in bigger markets, unless you're earning well into six figures, you can't afford tickets so the crowd just ends up being celebrities and executives.
I used to sit lower bowl in Oakland on the cheap. Like sub $100.
Key Arena lower bowl was $85
Lakers? $90-110 for the 300 section. I think I had to pay $200 for Pau's return to LA (I only go to Lakers games when the Bulls are in town)
Chicago wasn't so bad. I think we paid $500 total for two seats in the 5th row behind the Bulls bench.
I did a Bulls @ Clippers game once in the lower bowl and it was like $350 a ticket but I was able to harrass Blake Griffin at the FT line so it was worth it. That was the game that he complained to the local media about it being an "away" game. Dude was pissed that Bulls fans took over Staples.
