Pacers have to come out desperate in game 2. Big win for them today.

Great officiating tonight, very consistent most of the time.

If the Pacers can keep this pace up, then this will be a very tough series for the Heat.

This is the biggest crisis most Heat fans recall in their 3 years following the team.

Kudos to Pacers for their great rotations and coach. It is mind boggling when coach sticks with Battier and Udonis Haslem who has not provided any meaningful impact whereas Jones and Beasley can provide more of an impact.

Has to be at least a 30 freethrows difference. I'm guessing this game is not in the top 10. The Pacers played very smart btw, they really rarely fouled, running off the Heat's shooters, funneling them inside, or making them take tough mid range jumpers. Excellent game from the Pacers.

The worst enemy of the Heat is the fact they are trying to threepeat, no intensity whatsoever. They looked suspicious during the second round and looked even more suspicious today. Indiana on the other hand its gaining momentum at the perfect time. This could get ugly for the Heat, but...they are still the Heat and they still have Lebron.

You can't complain about officiating being an important factor in who wins when your team can't even get to single digits. Or are you implying that refs stole 15-20 points from you?

22 extra FT attempts is a large number.

Yeah, a large number caused by the fact that the Pacers committed less fouls.

Yeah, sure, whatever floats your boat.

Terrible display from our team. Deserved to lose by at least 20. Should've been a blowout. Well deserved win for the Pacers. Hopefully we show a bit of heart in Game 2.

Fun stats of the night:

The FTA disparity is +22 for the Pacers.
The FTM disparity is +19 for the Pacers.

That's the 4th highest FTA disparity in ECF history and the highest since 2006.
That's the 2nd highest FT disparity in ECF history.

What he's that bad?

Yes... he is...

There is one thing to be a non difference maker... it is another to collectively make your team bad. Over his career he has done that.

Lol I just remembered that dude who made a topic saying that Turner would automatically make the Pacers champs. Can't remember if it was after the trade, or after one game.

Another thing, Thunder/Pacers were a finals matchup possibilty in everyone's mind earlier in the year. There was even a thread with a poll asking who would likely win. Thunder led that poll by a huge margin, but Ibaka played a huge part in peoples' arguments. If these two teams meet in the Finals, would the Thunder still be favored? Not overreacting to one game, just wondering..

Bosh can be so useless at times. Feels like he's on suicide watch every time he plays the Pacers.
I've come to the conclusion that most folks don't really care that you broke one of the rules... they just enjoy telling you that you broke it.
