Expecting Giannis and Lowry to rise up the board as the season goes on.

John Wall needs a lot more respect. He's the best point guard behind Westbrook and Currythis year and the Wizards are starting to look a lot better.

It's very difficult at this point to make a pick. Generally the best player from the team with best record wins the award and that should currently be Durant, then again you have Westbrook averaging a TD and Harden with crazy numbers too. This looks like it is going to be a very split vote in the end.

Lowry 41/9/7 on 12-16 FG last night.

Hopefully he can put up another performance like that vs the Spurs tomorrow.

I think Harden and Westbrook are neck and neck right now for the MVP. Great to see both of these players hitting their respective primes. It will probably come down to who finishes higher in the standings.

Durant and Curry will eat each others Lunch, and James had his day and is more coasting until the playoffs these days. I don't see anyone else in the discussion.

Tough January for OKC and Houston

OKC have 12 of 15 on the road and nine of 15 are above .500

Houston play teams who are better defensively

They play each other this Thursday

Season isn't even half finished. Let's see if he keeps it up, if Houston stays healthy etc.

Yep I think people are discounting Giannis too much given at this stage the Bucks are better by SRS and have a lot of scope for improvement over the season as Middleton returns and eventually Henson gets fired out of a cannon or something.

Giannis is playing as well as Westbrook, Harden and Lebron with worse roster.
The stats proves it. The eye test proves it.

If Middleton was healthy and the Bucks had won 4-5 of the 7-8 games they lost in the last minute he would have been up there with them in the MVP race.

Harden with another tripple double. 3rd game in a row.

The Rockets aren't healthy. They're missing 2 of their starters.

I've been going after RWB for his absurd triple doubles so I'm going to stay intellectually honest here. This one was Ricky Davis-like.

Hou was up 8 with the ball and he got an assist with 10 seconds left. After the opposition stopped trying.

This BS needs to stop.

I watched the Bucks/OKC game and I'm just disappointed in RWB. I knew he was a chucker but that was embarrassing.

9/28. 2/10 from 3.

OKC was up going into the last few min and Russell was 0/3 with a TO. And they were the worst 3 shots I could imagine a player with his skills taking in a game.

I think we can agree they both suck and are stat padding ball hogs.

Who are the leading MVP candidates.
