I hate all the ref whining on realgm. Denver's problem in this game isn't the refs and if you're a Nugget fan focusing on the refs you're missing your teams problems.

Turnovers 15-4

That’s the game

Denver had no business taking this series to 7 games, considering they fired their coach and were headed to the play-in a few weeks ago.

If anything, I'm a lost less bullish on OKC than I was a month ago, when I thought they were clearly the best team in the West. Minnesota probably beats them.

I think this one is done, however if Timberwolves are paying attention, OKC is beatable.

MPJ and Murray combined for 6 points

Jokic has made 2 more baskets than Murray.

FTs count.

Now they do? Jokic fans hated on Shai all year for FTs

people are keying on caruso post up d, but the main benefit of him on jokic is switchability on murray/jokic pnrs

And in his own way, he's making Jokic work very hard.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Full credit to Diagnault for doing the Caruso move to front Jokic with two defenders behind him, it’s been a masterclass and JDub bounces back from an abysmal game

Aaron should not play this game. they are playing 4 vs 5 on defense - he cant back on defense and would not be able to contest shots in the paint..

Thank you Nuggets for a great season. Confirms Jokic as an all-timer. Get him some help in the offseason please.

A good example of why single game plus/minus isn't that great of a stat.

Their defense is insane though. That’s the one thing you can control in this league. Shots will fall / not fall but their defense is always elite. Hard to bet against them
