Reggie Jackson was terrible in the last 6 minutes...one stupid decision after another...

Still Clippers should easily beat Pelicans/Spurs...

They still have a chance at the 8th seed.

Impressive game from Ant. KAT was a disaster and was clearly not ready for the moment.

Is it possible that guys look solely at the talent on your team and think, the wolves talent is as good or better than the suns yet their record have them in the play in struggling to close out a clippers team that isn’t even at full strength… and they are looking for reason..

Reasons -

-your center with mvp level talent is posting up at the 3pt line against smaller guys essentially negating his size difference.

- your young two has the physical gifts and skills that would allow him to be a mvp or in consideration for all nba, yet he doesn’t play defense consistently and goes 1 v 1 too much-

-Your point is another guy that is great at every thing so why hasn’t the point orchestrated the team offense in a way that maximizes the talent of the ultra talented center ?

But honestly - I don’t know if anyone apart from wolves have watched them play enough to really criticize - even the tnt crew - if the wolves not playing your team, and they not getting national game, you would have to be a fan of the wolves to have seen 15 to 20 games- so I think TNT looking at the record and critiquing how they played the most important game of the season - just a thought or two-

Congratulations to the wolves

Patrick Bev does not disappoint. This clown celebrated the victory of a play in game like legendary Kobe Bryant.

They aren't wrong. Wolves have had all the talent in the world to be mediocre playoff team for several years now and they just haven't been that because they don't play smart basketball.

Wolves are a good matchup for us. This is going to be a fun series. Alot of Grit and Grind play. I don't think we sweep them. If we do expect realgm to make fun of Bev.

I really liked how hard both teams competed and seeing the young players like Edwards rise to the moment

I really hated how bad the refs were overall for both teams, how much the players whined and complained throughout the game, how the Wolves had a 4 on 1 fast break and 3 guys ran to the 3 point line and it resulted in an air ball 3…WTF was that?

Care to explain what talent and what years you are referring to? The wolves played very good ball this year, and are a team on the rise. All the talent in the world?

It was an intense win to extend the season. The criticism of the celebration seems stranger to me than actual celebration.

This year the wolves have 3 guys that could start damn near anywhere in the NBA and decent role players- towns, edwards and Russell are all nba level talents...as evidence by the fact that 2 went first in draft and 1 went 2nd and all under 26 years old. If you can keep this core, it should be fun to see what y’all become

Yeah this year they have finally had decent talent, and results followed. If Edwards gets better at finishing in the paint (getting around the help defender when he beats the first guy, and adds either a midrange pullup or mid post game) hes going to elevate to superstar status.

Every team has talent in the NBA. Yet the Wolves were picked to win 35 games. So shouldn't Finch get some credit? Sure the top 3 guys should be carrying us but what about the rest of the team? Beverly, Prince, McDaniels, Naz, Nowell, Vanderbilt are guys who have been overlooked.

Yes. While he didn’t play like it tonight, Towns is a top-15 NBA player, an offensive match up nightmare with improved defense this season now that he isn’t forced to play drop coverage all the time. Edwards could become a superstar, particularly if he is willing to initiate contact and draw fouls. The team played well when Russell was on the floor, but his individual stats this season were the worst since his sophomore season.

But after that, Finch has done an amazing job mixing a bunch of one-way players with limited skills into an effective team. Vanderbilt is skinny and had no offensive game, allowing teams to leave him unguarded and double-team KAT - now he has a few moves to punish that coverage. Beasley was much criticized, but he’s been the best volume three point shooter in the league since Jan 1, and we see him actually play defense a bit. Taurean Prince and Jordan McLaughlin were out of the rotation, but have played major roles. Naz Reid and Jaylen Nowell are minimum contract guys who have developed to become important parts of the team.

While Shaq and Barkley were railing about what a horrible coach Finch was, others have mentioned him in Coach of the Year discussions. The Wolves have no size, and for years were a consistent bottom-5 defensive team before Finch, but have outperformed everyone’s expectations with player development, buying into defense, and Finch’s ability to put some limited players in positions to succeed.
