I think your numbers are a bit off but point taken...

41.8% from 3s in his last 13 games on 6.6+ shots per game. Last 10 games were a little bit less but still in the 40% range.

Donovan Mitchell still put up 16/2/4 and a few steals. Also the Jazz nearly knocked off the Rockets. This kid is special and a straight up assassin. Got ROTY on lock.

Yeah I don’t know how to sort by games I added up It up manually going off the game log. I have 27 made and now that I see its 66 (not 56 ) attempted. 41% I stand corrected. Where can I sort for various periods of time btw? I was trying to figure it out on basketball reference

Go into basketball-reference.com and select the player. Then go into the year that you want. When you get the game logs (https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/b/balllo01/gamelog/2018/), then click (any data point cell) on the date you want to start and then click again on the ending date data figure (dont click on any data that has a underlined data cell). You will get a new data for those specific data points combined.

It might be excel based, not sure, but simple to use. The only problem is that it doesnt update the current day's game until a certain time. You have to wait for the next day update to get the most recent game's data point into the system. A simple way is to use the points then just add one more data point manually.

Holy ****

This is a very strange view of DM performance tonight.

By the way how could DM still be getting votes in this poll?

His play of late has been really poor and really isn’t even deserving of getting votes over some of the other rookies.

You need to take context into account though. He went toe-to-toe with the MVP leading candidate and dropped 16 on his head...how many other rookies can do that? Harden is elite defender and couldn't guard Donovan as a rookie. Also, Jazz nearly won and yet haters out there still callin nothin but a chucker. Smh

Edit: FYI the poll is old. Simmons is all hype and Mitchell doesn't get noticed or love from the media because he was the 11th pick. Of course everyone would be riding Simmons.

Simmons v Rockets is averaging 19/ 9/ 7.

And if you think the media are not giving Mitchell any love you are off your meds.

How many shots did Mitchell put up?

Hmm...let's look at Simmons against the Rockets. There was the 24/7/9 in Houston, hitting at 66%. Played 38 minutes in a road win. At first glance that does seem more impressive than 16/2/4 with 8 TO's and 1/9 from 3 in a loss but I'm willing to have someone point out where I'm going wrong.

Simmons is all hype? WUT?

Mitchell doesn’t get any love from the media? WTF?!?

Harden an elite defender? Yeah - that career 0.2 DBPM is STAGGERING.

The only possible explanation that I can come up with here is STRAIGHT TROLLING YO.

Mitchell is great - he really is. This is NOT the night to be jumping on his sack tho. I will say this - 8 TO’s and 1-for 9 from 3 and he’s still looking to make something happen, despite having a lousy night. That says something.

Where's the white text proviso about 'only if Simmons is completely taken out of the equation'?

Wait, I've figured it out now - your posts are deliberately ironic.

Damn page 70 of this thread is like 70% wack.

I recognize Lonzo is creeping up his stock though.

There are three certainties in life: Death, Taxes, and the Lakers having a late-round rookie be a contributer for them.

The Lakers do such a good job of getting great value with their late 1st round picks that if they had couple of superstars, they would be rolling.
