Or simply 8.8 rebounds per game. You can use the Per 36 stats when he actually plays 36 minutes per game. Until then, he is very inconsistent.

Ok

Total Rebounds: 12.4

LOL Since when was Chandler an average rebounder? And have you ever watched Toney Douglas play defense?

I am unimpressed when a 7'1 athletic freak has a career average of less than 9 boards a game. Injuries aside, he should get double digit boards every single game.

I live in NYC and have MSG. Go to about a dozen games a year at the Garden, how about you?

Watch the same games you do. It is a myth that he is a good defender. He routinely gets burned and is clueless out there. Good offensive sparkplug off the bench, not a good defender. Many folks on your very board now acknowledge so.

Tony gambles too much on D. People equate steals to Defense

Low risk signing, but not sold on Baron. He can be a very selfish player at times. Then again he much better when healthy then Douglas & Bibby. Chandler & Amare will get a ton of easy lob passes for easy dunks.

Good signing by the Knicks. Heat and Chicago are taking notice.

B-Diddy is not a Top 10 PG.
Chandler is not a Top 10 center.

I'll agree with you about Baron Davis but name 10 centers in the league better than Tyson Chandler.

And just like that,, he disappears.

Heat and Chicago are still favorites however and most knicks fans acknowledge this
but the gap has been trimmed nicely

Overall Chandler has been a great rebounder for his career. Last season it was excellent.

Gortat isn't better then Chandler.Replace Gortat with Chandler last year and the Mavericks wouldn't even get past the Lakers. Duncan isn't a center, he's a power forward. Maybe he can play center, but his natural position is power forward. And Chandler basically cancels off with Noah.
So Chandler is definitely top 10 in the league for sure.

Waiting for the "if it's in a Knick uniform it's worse than it is, but otherwise it's better than it is" responses. Oh wait...I don't have to wait after all.

Yes. It's comical and yet they keep going at it. Some Knick fans go overboard but them retaliating by showing that they're even dumber makes it hilarious.

By no means should anyone perceive what I'm about to say as being incendiary, but ummmmmmm

Teams should definitely be scared now!
