The women in Scottsdale are fantastic. One of my favorite trips ever. I highly encourage everyone to visit. Take a trip out hiking in Sedona for a day also.

Don't mean ish for top FA's though. They can get prime tail anywhere, including places with teams that weren't the worst in the league.

If it hasn't been mentioned already the Suns owner (Robert Sarver) has been a notorious cheap ass since he bought the Suns from Colangelo in 2004. From the very beginning he low balled Joe Johnson and then GM Bryan Colangelo. Later on he dealt draft picks to save cash. Then in 2010 he flushed the Suns final chance at a title by letting Steve Kerr and David Griffin leave their executive posts because he didn't want to pay them. He's never been willing to spend the money on the star players when it was necessary and has burned bridges with player agents in the process. I'll believe it when I see the Suns actually spend the money to get a quality free agent here. And no, Jared Dudley and Leandro Barbosa don't count.

3. Beautiful Woman

5. Phoenix Waste Management open
6. We get the super bowl every 6-8 years and the BCS bowl regularly
7. Great Hiking
8. 4 hour drive to Vegas
9. Cool Bar scene in PHX/Arcadia
10. Spring training Baseball
11. Awesome Culinary scene

It has less to do with the city and more to do with winning 21 games.

How many games would

Thompson/Nance/Zizic
Love/Green
Hood/Korver/Osman
Smith/Clarkson
Hill/Calderon

win?

Exactly! That is why Lebron is leaving.

IT burned all bridges with the Suns once before.

No, he didn't.

I wouldn't say he burned bridges but if it's true he went in knowing he'll be a 6th man, then later complained about being a 6th man, it'd be hard for management to ever trust him.
No team will give IT more than a 1 year 'prove it' deal. Phoenix can't afford him to play selfish basketball to earn a bigger contract. I think a bunch of little events have led to a little to no shot of him ever returning.

Steve Kerr was terrible as a GM and he’d even tell you that himself.

Kerr started off horribly with the Shaq deal and then the Terry Porter hire. Drafting Dragic and Lopez and then dealing Bell and Diaw for J-Rich and Dudley though more than made up for it. I thought the 2010 Suns team had a synergy between front office coaching and the team itself that I hadn't seen even in the D'Antoni era. It was disheartening to have that team ripped away right when they were on the threshold of something great. What's worse is Kerr and Griffin went on to win championships as coach and GM respectively. Sarver made the decision to destroy something great and thought it was a brilliant idea to bring in Lon Babby (an attorney with zero basketball acumen) well after the first pivotal days of free agency. I don't believe Sarver can ever be forgiven for how horribly he handled things in 2010.

I agree, and its also why the Suns should be in the discussion. We constantly talk about young teams like Sixers and Lakers as options, but when the Suns get brought up they are "too young and unproven". Personally, I think they are a better fit and more complete team with LeBron then the Sixers or Lakers would be.
