His EFG% so far this season is 50% which is fairly good for a 2nd year high volume scoring guard and his career EFG% is 49% which includes horrible stretch he had during first half of rookie. season. For comparison, Mitchell's career eFG% is 50%, Booker's career eFG% is 50%..his efficiency so far isn't any different from these guys. Also, keep in mind that Ant came in as much more raw player than these guys. I still think he needs more time to improve as a playmaker.
till this big game, that minny lost by 15 any way, his efficiency was a trash chucker
no...it wasn't...his EFG% before this game was around 48% for this season (which is still a relatively small 10 game sample size) and it jumped to 50% after yesterday's game which is pretty much close with his career average...he first 2 months of rookie season was horrible efficiency wise but since ASB of rookie season, his efficiency has been consistently average-above average. His EFG% in his rookie season pre-ASB was just 43% which was terrible but post-ASB it got much better to 53% and this was across 36 games. I even gave comparisons with other recent young guards and there really isn't much difference in efficiency of Ant and those players despite Ant coming into league as much more raw player
