Only thing better is reading trade ideas in the MSM saying the Lakers should look into trading him for Jerami Grant.

Making it sound as if L.A. would be doing Detroit a favor.

Eh, too much piling on THT.

I mean, yeah, he’d better fix that shot or he’ll be as effective as new teammate (and fringe nba player) Stanley Johnson.

But he is young and has a lot of all-around, 2-way talent. Just really needs to fix that shot.

This guy is pretty bad I think he won't be a NBA player after his contract is up.

I refuse to believe general nba fans care this much about THT, as a lakers fan I sure don’t.

THT+Nunn and either 27 or 28 FRP for Grant.

Saw that as a trade speculation. Do it if the opportunity presents itself.

Pretty sure that was from Shannon Sharpe on Undisputed.

Read it was Windhorst and Bobby Marks.

Pretty much as I feared. He hasn't corrected his shooting issues and the first few games were a small sample.

He will be a good player though he won't be for 3 years I don't think.. has to just get more shots and fitness up

Depending on the protection on that FRP it might not be so bad. Lakers are in danger of collapse over the next few years, could be valuable. Really depends on how much the Pistons want to move Grant and what other offers look like.

I'm sorry I can't help think of this anytime someone says "It's official"

Why would DET donate Grant for a scrub, a flawed young player and a pick 5-6 years out?

I guarantee that there are far better offers out there for Grant. He is a perfect fit for a bunch of teams that are on the cusp, and they know Grant would plug-in perfectly.

If the Lakers had anything of value, it would be worth taking a look, but THT and a nebulous pick 5 years out is like throwing a hook out with no bait, looking for a sucker fish.

These distant picks have very little value because what GM is going to get excited about a pick that his successor gets to use?
