With the way Wade has been playing offensively, I could see the Cavs being willing to try him in the rotation again. Possibly release him before the playoff roster deadline (March 1) if his shot doesn't look close to being back. That only gives him three games, though.
There's nothing really wrong with the way Wade is playing. The whole point of giving Wade all the playing time is that on top of the fact that he attracts attention at the perimeter, he's actually a really good, if not great, defender. He's always going to provide value regardless of whether or not he's knocking down shots. The same can't be said about Love.
