I see your point but at the end of the day you need top end talent to win in the NBA. JA would significantly raise the ceiling (while simultaneously probably lowering the floor) of this team.

He’d also significantly raise the chance of imploding the squad.

There’s not a world in which I’d include Jaden in a deal for Ja but maybe due to Randle’s age and having Naz - maybe I’d consider that but, if I’m Connelly, I’d need to talk to Ja ahead of time and get him to be honest with me.

But I don’t think he’s an elite player any longer - not if he quit on his team. Kinda shows where he’s at mentally. We don’t need that.

The problem with Ja on the Wolves is that he is not a consistent shooter. Do you guys really want a point guard that can't shoot 3s? That is not a good fit to me.

That and personality wise I think him clashing with Ant is an inevitability .

Incredible athlete, but his body takes a pretty bad beating when he plays and he doesn't have the skills to really adapt his game too much to a different style that's easier on himself.

Will he make it to 30 playing more than 30 games a season? That's an interesting question at this point.

The most embarrassing thing about Ja is he didn’t even grow up in the hood. He grew up middle class and tries sell himself like he’s this hard gang banger.
