more reason to go back to TJ McConnell late then right? He was killing us all game and has killed us in prior games as well.

Only player I know who deals with a Grade 1 Hamstring injury for 4+ months man. Thats all I'll say. Either he never let it heal correctly, or it was higher grade than they said it was.

I don't think hes as good as he looked at the beginning of the season though either, but def could be banged up and its effecting his game. Knicks just locked up Maxey in Game 6 who is a harder guard, so maybe its just easier for Knicks to guard him.

He hit the ball first before the body contact did anything, so yes, marginal.

I 100% agree...the whistle got really tight in the 4th for some reason. I would rather let them play.

If anything it was a pretty smart play by Donte to sell that call with the way they officiated (it was the right call, it just doesn't get called very often). I don't think he sells that if they weren't calling it really tight in the 4th.

And here I thought after we got rid of Sixers fans, we wouldn't have to see tweeted videos crying about any random missed call here and there... guess not.

all that extra contract was after the ball was cleanly hit.

Yes, totally agree. Doesn't change the fact that some very dubious calls helped decide the game IMO and most of the folks that watched it.

Playoff defense is a different ballgame. Just look at TJ dropping 18 on us

No, he didn't. He 100% hit his body before he ever touched the ball. In the other tweet you can see the ball still in Turners hands. Same here.

If you can't see it, you just don't want to. You can easily pause it and see.

disagree. The only really blatant bad call late was the "kicked ball". That was one call. The other calls late can all be considered questionable.

I hated the play nesmith drew a foul on a screen DD where he flopped when knicks had a 4 pt lead and pacers couldn't buy a basket to get free throws.

Donte was called for an illegal screen in the 4th earlier which was basically identical to the Turner foul. So they should call that one but not the Turner one?

Brunson dribbled off Nesmith leg we had to challenge.

We are only talking about the pacers bad calls it typically goes both ways.

Your best player (hurt or not) went MIA down the stretch. Ours didn't.

I wish they didn't call the kick ball or at least give the pacers the ability to challenge it. Its the only one I'm conceding as blatantly bad call in the 4th.

Knicks have elite defenders that clamp u up especially down the stretch. There’s a reason why an allstar starter had 6pts in a playoff game

These NBA refs...consistently shady. If I were a Pacer or Cavs fan I'd bring a costco sized jar of lube when watching the games because the league wants to see the Celts vs the Knicks.

Imo, the Knicks got the exact calls the Sixers wanted in game 2 of that series  I don't like the tight whistle late in games so I have some empathy here. Knicks got some lucky late whistles. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
