Valanciunas gets 16 pts and 10 reb without any specific plays called for him. Guys are starting to look to Val because of how efficient he is in the paint. He can hold his own against most centers but not quite strong enough yet. Fouls are still an issue but he really does look like a true talented center and can make a run at ROY as the season progresses.
Looking for a new signature. Currently, still evaluating.

Valanciunas is legit. He will be a top 5 center in 5 years

But more interesting is Bradley Beal... what's going on with this guy. He has been shooting horribly and seems to be making a ton of dumb decisions

Damian Lillard gets 24 points and 3 assists on 7-13 FG's, 2-4 3PT's, and 8-9 FT's.

I've always had a suspicion in the back of my mind that he might have perfect mechanics but may not actually be a good shooter. His percentages weren't good last year either.

Henson was a friggin'' beast during Summer League, but that was Summer League. Then he got hurt and missed the first couple weeks of the season. I thought he had maybe the most potential of the four UNC rookies. Barnes is putting that to rest, but I still think Henson can be a very good NBA player. Hope he starts to get some consistent minutes after the 17 and 18 game tonight.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

Unfortunately 6 turnovers as well, but nonetheless he looks great so far.

congrats
On Krylyo Fesenko:

k-lynch20 "Excited about this, I like his game and serviceable bigs are very hard to come by."

Rj1790 "love this pickup! Its been a while since the Warriors had 3 official centers."

Nando de Colo... not a lot of box score impact but he played within himself and wasn't clowned on defense...

Lilard MKG and Davies are all going to be All-Stars if not superstars one day.

This is considered baiting. This is your only warning.

EDIT: Wait...how many warnings do you already have against your record? Wow.

i love henson

i think guys like henson remind me of larry sanders and darrel arthur. down the line they will be impact players because they know how to play.

This. He's always been a really good athlete; it's just a "sneaky" type of athleticism. One thing I noticed about him in college is that he has exceptional body control in the air around the rim and in traffic.

i think barnes' career could play out much like paul pierce. nothing fancy. straight buckets.

I think I was the biggest Henson proponent over at the Warriors forum. Love the kid. I almost exploded with joy at the sight of Henson and Udoh playing together last night. I think the Bucks can really compete eventually with those two in the frontcourt. They just need some better backcourt pieces.

Check out JV at the 40 second mark. He came all the way from the 3pt line after setting the screen!

looks like a one dribble first step blow by off the triple threat. i'd like to see some actual ball-handling, like more than 2 dribbles including a change of speed or direction.

I posted this before. Go to 3:46 (should go automatically, but I'm not sure it's working).

I'm impressed with JV. Dude already has a nice and developed offensive skillset.

Beal has been a huge disappoinment so far IMO. I actually expected him to drop 18ppg from the first game on

Damien Lillard is what my man Jerryd Bayless should have been.
