No, they wouldn't... They would be third.

Not if they got to play against the worst conference in modern NBA history all the time.

You guys realize Miami has 10 losses against the east and 4 against the west right? They are beating the west even harder than the east.

Maybe. Who knows? They might be better, they might be worse. What we do know is that what-ifs aren't gonna have any effects on this race.

OKC has exactly the same winning % against the West than against the East.

True.
But these two teams Miami and Indiana are better than every team at West.

Based on OKC playing half the season without a top 10 player in the NBA?

They have a worse record with their top 10 player, so what does that mean?
And don't act like Wade has'nt missed 16 games this season!

PLENTY of time left honestly bro.

MIA has some real tough games coming up here - look at their schedule. If MIA finishes record wise behind OKC Durant will get it no question. So I wouldn't have that attitude just yet.

This was the 40th game of LeBron's career with 40 points, 5rebs, 5assists. I'm surprised that he has more of these type of 40 points game than Kobe does. Overall, Kobe has scored 40 points more times than LeBron, but it's amazing that LeBron has had more 40 points with 5 boards and 5 assists games.
Thanks for all the great memories, LeBron! The show must go on! #Heatnation

ESPN's gonna have a field day tomorrow lol. fantastic game by LBJ though. Efficiency is crazy. Probably bumped his 3pt% up by 2 points.

I'm shocked Stephen A Smith still has KD as MVP. I'd agree but its really close at this point. By a hair.

games like this make you want him to average 22-23 shots a game. He probably puts up 35 EASY on average.

Nah, as a heat fan, if anything I want his assist numbers up, I don't want the wear and tear on his body of driving in for more shots. Let him last longer, he can probably play at top 2 level for another 4-5 years

Looks like Durant is going to have to "really" earn it.

I think its tie IMO it all comes down to who will have the better stats and better record.
