The table is "Top 13", who does that? Even in the reference table it shows "Top 10", but that would exclude a big name so they made it a weird number to include him

Out of the 4 tables that are present in that page, only one of them is an actual top 10. The others are top 11.

And it's not just Giannis who would be missing if the table didn't extend to 13. Sasha Djordjevic would also be missing and his 41-point performance was much more important and remembered since it came in a Finals game.

It's such an odd way to do it though - doing "Includes 40+ point games only" would make more sense than a "Top 13"

When people say ''Euroleague'', they mostly mean Turkish Airlines Euroleague, which is European club basketball league/tournament, that consists of 18, mostly best clubs from all over Europe. These clubs still play seasons in domestic leagues, but they also play in Euroleague, just like for example Manchester City Soccer team plays in English Premier league, but also plays in Champions league (if they qualify).

This is different, this is FIBA run off season tournament between European nations. Every continent has those, and also we have global ones like World cup and the one that takes place during Olympics.
