For real, I especially hate how you miss like a third of the game on replay highlights.

Main thing I worry about Trae Young is that everything he does on the court looks so difficult for him (except passing). I just hope he's able to sustain a high energy level through out his career because he's basically at a disadvantage every single game on both sides of the court.

Its really bad with this game too since the Kings play so fast. So whenever the Jazz score, you pretty much just miss the Kings next possession haha.

I know he was arguably their best player last year, but I can't help shake the feeling that I can't see his role on a contender. He's a big who doesn't space the floor and is weak defensively, and can't play the 5. I just think pure 4's who aren't bringing insane value like griffin or potentially zion are kind of outdated, especially if they can't play defence.

I’m high on Collins I don’t believe you trade him unless you get a superstar in return. He put up slightly better numbers than Siakam who won MIP and he’s only 22. Good size and insane athlete and I believe his defense will come in time. Not a high volume shooter but shown he can knock them down. Put Hunter at SF and that team is just missing a elite defensive big man.

There is no way he was better than Siakam last year. Siakam is the perfect 4 for today's NBA, while I believe Collins is the opposite. He is great rebounder, that's his best asset imo. Unfortunately his lack of defence, playmaking, spacing and positional versatility will handicap him and his potential impact.

That's exactly the issue, so that team is lacking defence, so you're looking for unicorn style bigs to play the 5 and fit with Collins in the frount court. Realistically only Jaren Jackson and KP immediately spring to mind in terms of fantastic fit next to Collins.
Collins inability to either protect the rim or chase smaller guys around as a pure 4 is a major issue IMO

Maybe he should start making passing look difficult because coming into this game he was averaging 8 assists to 8 turnovers this preseason and so far today has 4 assists to 7 turnovers. His overall efficiency has always been my biggest worry about him (turnovers and shooting). I just cant let myself jump on his hype train until I see him kick those two things for a full season at least.

Its probably just me, but I just have a feeling Gallo ends up on the Mavs by the end of this season. Just seems like an ideal fit next to Doncic and KP.

other than that putrid defense

he's gonna have to be wayyyy more efficient on offensive to make up for his defense, that was my biggest issues for him.

Was actually hoping they would get him in that LAC/OKC trade. I don't see him staying long term with the Thunder team. Like you said, he would be perfect with the Mavs.

Bogdan runs the 2nd unit so well for the Kings. Dude is such a good 6th man.

That would probably be Cubans dream lineup. With maybe Dragic at the point.

Ya the defense is something that I just accept though and in all honesty something you can get away with, with your PG. But ya it is only something you can get away with if you are a stud offensive player (Dame/Kyrie). Ive made my thoughts very clear with his shot selection for well over 2 years on here. He has the scoring talent, just needs far better shot selection and those turnovers man, cant be turning it over like he has.

Bogdan is the main reason I wouldnt even think about offering Buddy a max contract if I was the Kings. Ya he is at his best when he gets to run the offense, but why pay Buddy the max when you have a damn good SG on the roster who will be making half of that.

Jazz have too many ball handlers. I'm sure they'll start to weed out who should or should not be the main ball handler, but right now it it's painful to watch.
