March 4th: In an interview with Sean Hannity, Trump calls the WHO’s estimate of the global death rate “false,” describes the coronavirus as “very mild,” and suggests that those infected can get better by “sitting around” and “going to work.”

March 7th: “No, I’m not concerned at all,” Trump said from Mar-a-Lago. “No, I’m not. No, we’ve done a great job.”

March 9th: Trump bashes Democrats for sounding the alarm “far beyond what the facts would warrant” before implying that the common flu is far worse

I can see this thread evolved into Trump blaming again.

Even those who don’t like the man personally (like myself) or care for a lot he does on the surface, it is so obvious he has a large percentage of those who wouldn’t agree with any action he made/makes or said/says. And we all see you for what it is. We would rather not read that here. Go find an outlet (not here) and move on with your lives. Not healthy.

Report this guy and everyone talking like him. I already did. People have been posting quotes and facts. If the quotes and facts make you uncomfortable that's on you to change.

Experts across the world are saying the response of the American government (Trump and otherwise) has been terrible.

He called it a hoax. He said it would disappear like a miracle. He said he wouldn't take any responsibility. He's calling it the "Chinese Virus."

He is worse than a bad leader - he's no leader at all - and he's going to cause hundreds of thousands of deaths due to his purposeful inaction.

Oh such anger. And you shape your unhealthy view of your Trump devil with any true or false information you can. He never called CV a hoax. But I know you won’t listen to the truth on that.

You can't tell if your local area is in serious trouble from corona virus until about 2 weeks after it's in serious trouble.

That's why we have to lock everything down right now until we can ramp up testing significantly more (as well as trace/quarantine... because if we don't do that testing won't matter).

I agree with this. Everyone should also start to act like THEY have the virus. If we do that, it would go a long way. Stay inside as much as you can.

Most of their work is opinion pieces on current events and those opinion pieces have an extreme bias in them. I actually like their setup. I like smart people offering opinions on news topics. My issue with Vox is that they aren't balanced and you really only get one side of things.

Balance is useless - all that matters are facts and truth.

This idea that all sides have equal merit is one of the biggest problems in this country (and the world) right now. (see climate change for a great example of this)

I don't even think you understand Vox - they aren't purporting themselves to be a straight news outlet - the provide commentary and analysis.

You are basically complaining because the opinion page contains opinions.

I know exactly what Vox is. I spelled it out. They offer opinions on news. My issue with them is that all of their opinions come from one side of the political aisle. Just understand that when you read it or post it on an open forum. If you don't view things from a liberal POV, you probably won't agree with much of what they write.

I do think they have good stuff on their website. I just wish it was more balanced. Apparently you do not care whether or not something is balanced. We just disagree there.

You’re wasting your time. Trump could personally come up with a vaccine and cure cancer and he would still be the devil.

Even in these highly partisan times most Americans view Trumps handling of the Chinese Virus favorably.
