KP played great against the Clippers, even injuried. Randle spent his career on bum teams and is "leading" his team now with a sub 0.500 record maybe into the playoffs simply because the EC is trash.

Your take was premature garbage. Randle didnt prove anything in his entire career so far. Specially not if he could be a nr. 2

Nah dawg.. The only garbage here is Porzingis

They bout to trade his ass for Oubre or Wiggins

You do realize Porzingis was like 4 years younger than Randle now is when he played for the Knicks?

The only guy that's gonna carry a team to the playoffs single handedly at that age is on our team btw so we're good anyway thanks.

He wants and needs the ball in his hands to much for my liking. Kp i like better off the ball and as a rim protector, so if I have a 1a and 1b player I want kp for that season. Long term I want randle cuz of health regardless.

If Randle keeps racking up the assists he can absolutely be one of the top options on a good team with star players. I think you run into trouble with too many ISO players that don't pass the ball around enough. Randle is averaging nearly six assists playing on a team that sucks at shooting.

Assists doesn’t mean he doesn’t need the ball in his hands to be effective. I’m a huge knick fan and love our youth, and would explore signing randle long term but I don’t see him as a foundational piece when we are ready because again randle is the guy who catches the ball, dribbles 3 times before making a decision. Assists or no assists, id rather guys that make quick decisions.

And Cuban told the Athletic that the reports are bull. But keep on giving trash reporters with BS sources their necessary clicks. Since they need clicks not to get laid off

Great take for a player with zero playoff games

Yeah.. and KP had none before he played with a bonafide number 1 option himself. Randle is close to leading the Knicks to the playoffs for the first time in awhile.. something porzingis never did for us

Yes he did. We started off 18-18 in 2018, the year Porzingis got hurt. Randle hasn't even gotten us to .500 yet.

Initially, KP.
Now, Randle.

KP's health is a real issue. His contract is currently preventing them from improving the team right now.

If it's true that they asked the Warriors about trading him there, I'm guessing it's be for Oubre and other cap fillers. Dallas would likely have to give up a first or 2 to pawn him there since they would have their tax issues extended a few more years.

Randle hasn't gotten us to the playoffs yet, nor has he done anything that Porzingis didn't do.

he's averaged more than 1 assist a game. he's been healthy his entire time here. he's averaging double digit rebounds. i could go on

Feels like with Randle he hasn't quite shook the narrative that stuck to him as a Laker that he's a tweener who bulls his way to the rim with no plan. His development has been impressive as hell though and he should definitely be an all star.

LOL can't believe the Knicks are 4th seed 18-17. The East is just horrible.
