Will Coby White still be in the league after his rookie contact ends? He is just awful.

Two words:

Mikal Bridges

Mikal Bridges’ closest win share comparison through three years is Trae Young. I understand but my mind was still blown by the weirdness. Their games couldn’t be more different.

Yea you really held Trae in check. 33 points and 7 assist on 45.5 from the field and 50.0% from three  It was a poorly played game. Especially the 2md half.

I think the Knicks scored 13 points in the 4th quarter vs 16 points for the Hawks. If I was not watching and only looked at the box score, I'd bet they were playing some version of a four corner offense.

Trae had Burks guarding him, or should I say watching him. Burks is not a PG and can't keep up with quicker smaller guards. He was scoring on Trae though.

Quickley came in and in the 4th quarter, there were a couple of plays Trae and Lou Will tried to foul bait but the refs didn't blow the whistle. Back in the playoffs, those "fouls" were called.

I don't care how many points Young scores. They lost.

And before you point out your injuries, the Knicks had no PG to start the game. No Kemba, no Rose. The Knicks got the initial lead playing their bench.

Durant made a big mistake going to the Nets. What a crap fest. The poor guy is clearly playing his heart out while Harden doesn't give a chit and Irving.... :(

If CP3 ain’t a unanimous HOFer I’m gonna have an issue. His career arc been peaking since he was a rookie. To have a +18 career net rating for 17 years at his size is beyond miraculous.

I don't know why they compare players by win shares. That's strictly because their teams were bad their first 2 years, better their 3rd, and really good in their 4th.

I know the Knicks were hurtin for certain. That and the Hawks injuries is why it was such a sloppy game. Even you have to admit the 4th quarter was ugly for both teams.

It was definitely ugly for both teams. It happens with the Knicks a lot because they don't have an elite PG. I thought a Hawks comeback was coming and the Knicks missing FTs.

Neither team could score in the 4th. Oh well, gotta hope for better results with the next game. Scary **** being down two starters ( Hunter and Bogdanovic ) and two key reserves ( Reddish and Onyeka ). Hoping its not long for all four...

What happened to Luka? I don’t see his near triple double like numbers this year.

I like Solo when we need a bully on the wing. Otherwise I hate the thought of him getting big minutes. Maybe this gets us some Jalen Johnson playing time. But Knowing Nate, it will be mostly Solo. Next season I expect Schlenk to let Solo go and get Jalen some decent minutes in his 2nd season.

I love the win share comparison. That career comparison between Trae and Bridges is their impact for 3 total years combined. Trae’s comparison for his first 3 individual seasons isolated is John Stockton (won’t be close this season as Stockton posted 14 win shares in his 4th campaign, Trae on pace for 10.4). Stockton helped lead his team to 6 games over .500 his first three seasons. Trae’s Hawks were 28 under.

True Stockton played more games and win shares per 48 may be a better comparison metric but still BB Ref includes so much individual information that team factors are very minor. Every great team has a couple rotation player with awful metrics, same as every awful team having a few with great metrics.

Bruh...That was some of the dumbest **** i've ever seen from Lamelo. Lucky PJ bailed him out.

Tate is good man. Really good defense on Lamelo.
