seasons in which the lebrons cavs rope a doped them to a top seed only to pile on downfalls to heavily favored lebron teams.
So we trashing the guy for 22ppg on 50.5 TS%?
his team didnt have enough, neither did those raptors team with dwayne casey.

Yes. Because when a guy is at that level and wants to be considered a legitimate difference maker, a superstar, the bar is higher. We're like two months removed from Bulls fans and Derozan MVP chatter.

Ok I’m not sure where the Disconnect is.
Demar isn’t a youngster clamoring for respect .
He carried this team until the wheels fell off.

He wasn’t supposed to be this teams best player . He was to be 3rd fiddle to 2 east all stars but he outplayed them .

Should I refer you to the ‘ what happened to ayo ?’
Thread ?
News flash , he wasn’t that good to begin with .
The game is over you are the only one left usurping the corpse of ayo .

their big 3 isnt comparable to giannis. anyone claiming they had a chance after g2 is delusional. playoff series is always abt matchups and you have a historic goat level playoff performer against 3 chokers. toronto already did this kind of treadmill experiment as well as spurs and they pretty much dumped the guy. having mediocre talents as main option will get you nowhere. NBA is always abt talent.
Doncic will be goat. Lauri will be his sidekick.

hate to say it but i think the Bulls have shown to be the weakest team in the east playoffs thus far. Maybe its the Hawks but either way both teams have put up the least resistance.

I don't know about the rest of you, but one of my favourite parts of the playoffs are the post-game Giannis comments. He tells the truth. No spouting cliches, he seems to actually listen to the questions and give honest answers. You just can't hate on the guy.

Klay Thompson making paper airplanes with the stats sheet while giving detailed answers to questions is also good..
'Cos it's easier to try
Than to prove it can't be done

Yeah I don't see it. Celts are great but Bucks did have to overcome some adversity last year. Next man up. They played better and banded together as a team last year when they had to overcome challenges and same thing with this series so far.

Still gotta close it out but if and when they do, the Celtics will be taking on an evenly matched Bucks team. I give the advantage to the Celtics still but a little premature and somewhat foolish to suggest that the Bucks would get spanked even without Middleton.

Forgot about those two. Has Tatum made an all-defense team yet?

Nope. Nor will he this year, I presume; 3 other Celtics got DPOY votes, and he didn't.

That said, his defensive reputation is way up based on the Nets series. If it stays that high after the whole postseason, there may be all-defensive teams in his future.

Please leave us out of your beef.
We know what we can do.
Underestimating the Bucks is not something we will do.
We're expecting a dogfight.
Middleton is usually great against us but i fully expect someone like Portis to replace his production.
This will be a 7 game series, Middleton or not.

I feel the same thing about a Bucks vs Celtics series as I felt about the Bucks vs Nets series last year.
Winner of this R2 matchup will likely be the NBA champion for 2022. It will almost certainly go 6-7.

Definitely going to be a 6-7 game playoff masterclass of defensive intensity. Both teams like to play physical. I wouldn't want to be the lead ref lol.
