SGA leading.

He only has 4 games this season with a negative +/-. He is pretty much always winning when he's on the court.

And he is always on the court, missing only 1 game this season compared to Embiid who is his biggest competition missing 21% of games so far this season. When you aren't available, you are not just a net zero but arguably negative value because you take up cap space. Availability has to be a big part of the discussion.

He has no flaws in his game. With how elite he is from the ft% and mid range, even in the 16ft-3p range, the scary thing is I think he can take another jump as a player and become an elite 3p shooter.

Lmfao turns out Jokic and Giannis "duck" more than Embiid...

Guess people will need to make up another excuse now.

He ducked Jokic in the most anticipated game of the regular season. These numbers can't overshadow that mega-ducking.

As I said earlier, he got away with it (mind-blowing) and now thinks he can do whatever he wants and still get his precious personal accolades. I wouldn't be surprised if he misses exactly 17 tough road games and then cries for the award in March.

LOOL! This is willfully ignoring facts, and then complaining about 1 game.

I don't follow a bunch of Phily homer tweets. Has the guy counted different time, home/away, injure vs. rest...? I also don't have problems for players resting, as long as only count win/loss the player has actually contributed, don't ride on a win from teammates only effort, or further double down - see, team loss without my MVP!!!

Kinda like ignoring the fact that Embiid never makes the trip to Denver, and pointing to the 1 time he did as "See he doesn't duck!" :)?

Also that tweet has no data source attached - it's a 1 season sample size (conveniently ignoring the 5 seasons they're all MVP candidates - probably because Jokic had seasons where he played 100% of games eh?)

I've asked the guy to provide the data source so it's not just "trust me bro", cause anyone can put that together and tweet it. According to you, it needs to be tweeted by a reputable source (I guess 100 followers on twitter makes you reputable now?)

LOOL! You should dig out your own post saying what Embiid did was pathetic... Funny how you flip flop this position.

Always I said, somehow some fans will take pleasure if their team loss to prove the player MVP and take the free ride if the team wins.

Yep. This is why it's important to look at team record WHEN THE PLAYER ACTUALLY PLAYS.

If you're only playing in 40 wins, but your team has 50...the extra 10 should not count TOWARDS your MVP narrative cause you were literally in a suit on the bench (or even at home )

Embiid is fantastic, the modern game's version of Shaq, but Joker reminded us tonight that this is his league.

A modern Shaq but given the whistle of Allen Iverson. Give him Jokic's whistle and watch him whither away to a 45% shooter who gets T'd up every game.

I wonder why eyeatoma only shares tweets from Philly fans and local reporters. If you have to rely on biased sources to make your case, I'm not sure you'll accomplish what you want.

Show us what Lowe or Simmons or Perez say on the situation, not what casuals with the 76ers logo in their Twitter header think.

Embiid is a totally different player in Regular Season than in Playoffs, people just need to learn to separate these two players.

Someone in here started saying SGA had a bad game shooting 45%, then Kobe got brought up and then the number 1 Embiid fanboy decided it was time for him to wheel out his same posts again for the 5000th time

They don't post about it because they know it's a conspiracy and no point in giving it credence.
