He was. Basically, he hit his wide open shots.
But this series was inevitable. What he did against LAC was the exception, and this series was the rule. Especially against this matchup.
Dude, he's fine for a veterans minimum contract. Murray/MPJ are the problems with Denver.
A veterans minimum contract who doesn't see the court? Maybe fine. A vet min playing 20+ minutes and hemhorraging points? Not so fine. He annihilates your spacing. He's such a bad shooter that even when he shares the court with the best passer in NBA history - a player who also shoots ++ from every spot on the floor - opposing defenses are still able to get away with putting their whole defense within like fifteen feet of the hoop. It's been sheer despair to watch him play for 90% of this season. The other 10%, he was fun and exciting.
