He will be trembling with fear about going up against Embiid though after a trade is done. Jo will be done with walking on egg shells.

It’s all theoretical though. He will have an injury that night.

You literally have no idea about the mental side of sports

That’s a clear sign of either immaturity or of someone who has never been there

I am concerned about your enthusiasm to spend extended periods on the internet discussing the mental side of sports with 8-10 year olds.

Great

The Sixers “can compete”

Sixers were #1 seed last year

Simmons is an average scorer & elite in every other aspect

Beal is an elite scorer and below average to outright bad in every other aspect

Oh & he will cost us our best young players plus future picks

We saw what happened last year when Beal & Westbrook went up against Simmons

They both got smoked

As I said “great”

I will take Beal over Simmons any day. Philly had a much better team with a much better coach. Stop acting like that was Brad vs Simmons. People act like Beals a career loser but when they had solid teams they literally were 1 or 2 games from the ecf in 3 of 4 years and Brad had some huge playoff games, including scoring 37 against the #1 seeded celtics in a game 7 game of the semis to go to the ecf that they lost in the final minutes. You would have been a #1 seed with Beal last year also. There was no Beal or Simmons a couple of nights ago and Philly won by 20 with Embiid dominating. I guess that proved Simmons was better also

Beal is one of the most overrated players in the league

Complete turnstile on defence and offers absolutely nothing but scoring

Westbrook was the better Wiz last season and look at how people view him when he’s on a franchise with high expectations

Nah, your boy Ben is. Even his coach and teammate told him so. Complete turnstile on offense. Idk why you keep acting like he can't make plays when he's had seasons averaging 5.5, 6, and again averaging 6ast this year from the traditional sg spot. Saying Russ was better than Beal last year is laughable. Beal plays the same way the whole season. Russ was trash the first half of the season and good the 2nd half. The Wiz were trash the first half and good the 2nd half. For some reason people look a that like Russ is better instead of saying if he played like Beal the whole season then they never would have been bad. You guys beat Atlanta with Beal but keep waiting on your non threat

Beal doesn’t even attempt to defend a one legged chair

Literally no interest in such a selfish, one dimensional player

There’s a reason why Simmons wins a truck load of games with or without Embiid and why Beal is just a chucker

Literally no interest

Yeah but compared to Ben who’s too frightened to shoot or even play….. give me the one legged chair defender guy.

Quite a lot over a 100 million. If Ben was just not to play to prove a point it would prove he has severe mental issues. Who let's that much money burn.
You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

He clearly does not have passion for the game. It is something he was grew into due to natural ability. He's chillin right now.

3x defensive player of the year, 5x first team all defensive and being better in every defensive metric says otherwise. Gobert is definitely the better defender.

Gobert is overrated, can't defend in space is a systems player.

If all Joel had to focus on 80% of his energy on defense. He just as good or better than gobert. Joel defends a lot better in space than gobert even at 280 pounds for embiid.

But Joel takes plays off on defense.

This is why Utah wins a lot of regular season games. If sixers had better wings and guard. Embiid can just focus on defense all day long. We are actually a better team when embiid doesn’t have to score 30 a night. But we don’t have a lot of scorers on the team. When embiid was struggling beginning of the season. Taking less shots. Sixers offensive rating was sky high.

Embiid can’t defend in space

Simmons was by far the Sixers best defender & Embiid is being exposed without him

Embiid can defend in space better than gobert.

It’s all about relatively I’m comparing embiid to gobert. He’s better in space.

But to compare embiid to Bam A in open space defending. Bam is a lot smaller and mobile. So Bam can defend in space better than embiid.
