Kyrie is the most talented scorer in NBA history, but his behavior and his choices make him just as much of a threat to his own team as the opposition.

Most fair thing for both teams is to be tied 2-2 and then Simmons and Williams both come back. At least let the teams finish the series at full strength.

Yes KD is great. But give Celtics defense its due. Part on why KD had an offnight because of the Celtics gameplan and defense on him.

Sure, he might not play as bad, but give the Cs its due.

If they ever get Simmons to play they lock to win it all ... They just need to defend better and rebound. Their offense with KD and Durant is just unstoppable...

Yeah i reckon. 2 Durant's is too much for any team to overcome.

The Celtics were incredibly sloppy on offense and Durant had an off night. Celtics fans should not take solace in this win. You expect Kyrie to be Kyrie, but you can't let Dragic score 14 points and Claxton 13.

The Celtics have to stop dribbling and start passing the ball. Otherwise they will lose this series.

I have such a love/hate with the playoffs lol. When Kyrie hit that three to put y’all up with 45 seconds or whatever, I just broke in my discord.

“Lmao Kyrie”

I really don't buy that Tatum played incredible defense on KD.

I have seen KD double and triple teamed and still make shot after shot.

He was just off. Missing shots he normally makes.

In order for the Nets to win they need KD to be dominant. Its surprising they nearly won with this bad a game from him.

Still Nets have many other issues. So I don't buy that KD playing well will result in a win.

Late game execution was horrific today.

I wouldn't put too much stock in that, especially with veterans like KD and Kyrie, who will put that game behind them quickly. Two years ago the Celtics lost a heartbreaker to the Raps on a buzzer beater. Celtics still won the series.

Nets need Simmons, Harris and one more shooter. They gonna be killer next year with those guys.

Simmons in game 4? Lol. I guess if you want to sub for Drummond and Claxton and go small with Simmons at the 5.

Eh there were a number of open shots he just missed. Celtics defense was hardly anything to be impressed by tonight... Nets ultimately gave this one away.

Their margin for error is basically nil now, another game given away and it's over.

celtics is winning this. i thought kd would avg 40 along with kyrie but forgot he was a choker he was a mercenary with stacked gs team. even with simmons back, kd needs to still be the best player or at least better than tatum and brown.
Doncic will be goat. Lauri will be his sidekick.

Big. You guys can’t admit when someone does a good job. Tatum’s defense and length bothered Durant. He got only 2 Poe. Shots all game. Everything else was pretty much contested.

He’s a great shooter. But asking him and Kyrie to make contested shot after contested shot is not sustainable.

Kyrie shouldn’t be sending out weird invitations to random fans on Easter lol

For him to go that hard in public means he is reallllly done with Boston fans....yall bout to make Kyrie go for 60 and ensure the win by not passing in the 4th....keeeepppppp poooooking the bear....

Not injured.

LMA is so bad on defense they don't play him anymore.

Griffin should be playing. But Nash refuses to even try playing him for no good reason.

lmao yeah we know. Yet when we tried to get him to come off the bench it was like some offensive demotion. I guess it's more palatable to take when you're amongst other stars and complement them. But yeah that goes back a while.

I just thought since the Nets were so badly out rebounded they could have used some size on the boards. LMA's actually crafty at using his body and timing for putbacks, but again, it's been a while since I've seen him play so not sure he has that anymore either. It's not like he has to jump that high, though, just box out and grab them. He's a terrific FT shooter and good passer and these don't need athleticism just vet smarts. I wonder if in spot situations they can be serviceable? Like swapping in for boards?

Weird about Blake, though...
